Abstract

The results of Nutrient State Monitoring 2018, mentioned that obesity and emaciation among girls aged 12-18 decreased from 38,5% to 19,4% in obesity, and 6,7% to 4,7% in emaciation. Both Poor nutrient and over nutrition in Indonesia still occur in adolescenceespecially in young women. There are several factors that influence nutrient status including body image, physical activity, and balanced nutrient knowledge. The aim is to analyze the relationship of body image, physical activity, and balanced nutrient State of young women in Tinangkung 1 State High School. Type of quantitative research using a Cross Sectional study design. The number of samples was 94 people and it taken by purposive sampling technigue. Data analysis using Chi-Square. The results showed that most of respondents had positive body image (52,1%), heavy physical activity (60,6%), enough nutrition knowledge (40,4%), and normal nutrient state (85,1%). Chi-Square test results between body image, physical activity, and knowledge of balanced nutrient with nutrient state obtained results each of p value 0,297; 0,000; 0,001. The conclusion was that there was no correlation between body image and nutritional status of young women, there was a relationship between physical activity and balanced nutrition knowledge with the nutritional status of young women. There fore, it is necessary to conduct the presentation of balanced nutritional state for young women in SMA Negeri 1 Tinangkung. Abstract

Objective: to analys the effect of Ambon banana administering (Musa Paradisiaca S) toward reducing of blood pressure of elderly in hypertension. Methods: This article is quatitative research with pre experiment design (pre and post test without control). The population of this research is all the elderly who live in Social House of Tresna Werda Al Kautsar Foundation, Palu. The number of sample was 6 elderly and taken by total sampling technique that done from 1 to 7 August 2017. Statistict test by wilcoxon signed test. Results: T h e result of this research shown that have decreasing of Blood Pressure after giving therapy of Ambon Banana about 3 pieces (303 gram) a day within one week.Decreasingofsystolepressureabout 25 mmHg and diastole pressure 13,34 mmHg with p value = 0,023 (p<0,05). Conclusion: Administering of Ambon banana have effect toward decreasing of blood pressurefor elderly in Hypertension at Social House of Tresna Werda Al Kautsar Foundation, Palu

Abstract

Stunting disebabkan oleh asupan zat gizi yang tidak mencukupi dalam jangka panjang. Prevalensi stunting pada baduta di Indonesia sebesar 29.9% masih lebih tinggi dibandingkan target RPJMN 2019 yaitu 28%. Stunting meningkatkan risiko kematian anak, berdampak negatif pada perkembangan kognitif dan motorik, menurunkan performa di sekolah, meningkatkan risiko kelebihan gizi dan penyakit tidak menular, dan mengurangi produktivitas pada saat dewasa. Namun, stunting dapat diperbaiki salah satunya dengan meningkatkan gizi anak. Pemberian biskuit tepung daun kelor dan tepung tulang ikan sidat diharapkan dapat membantu menangani permasalahan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat formulasi biskuit sumber energi dan protein dari tepung daun kelor dan tepung tulang ikan sidat untuk baduta stunting. Penelitian ini adalah experimental study menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari sampai dengan September 2019. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa formula biskuit terpilih berdasarkan uji organoleptic terhadap 30 orang panelis yaitu biskuit dengan penambahan tepung daun kelor 20 g dan tepung tulang ikan sidat 10 g. Biskuit tersebut mengandung energi dan zat gizi per 100 gram yaitu energi 900 kkal, protein 15.98 g, lemak 17.22 g, karbohidrat 90.15 g, zat besi 6.14 mg, zink 5.88 mg, dan kalsium 3539.40 mg. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa biskuit dengan formula terpilih telah memenuhi syarat biskuit MP-ASI dan mengandung energi yang tinggi serta sebagai sumber protein
