Abstract

Literature references on inclusive education emphasize more on inclusive services by involving a lot of assistance and costs. This becomes difficult when implemented in schools in developing countries with insignificant incomes and inadequate education support. Meanwhile, with the publication of this inclusive school reception, public schools will not be able to refuse registration of various children with special needs.. Therefore, with all the limitations, this literary research discusses how the minimum implementation of inclusive services that can be applied by early childhood education units. Research Results Explain that: Early implementation of inclusion services can begin by paying more attention to children with special needs in depth both indoors and outdoors. Among other things by conducting (1) identification of ABK in various ways including Assessment; (2) Taking action on the curriculum (3) Trying to meet the facilities means gradually adjusting to the needs of individual ABK students (4) giving good treatment and in accordance with the psychological basic needs of ABK students in general and trying to provide individual intervention proportionally according with special needs needed by ABK

Abstract

This paper examines how Total Quality Management in Islamic School can fulfill market demands of quality graduates using Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Al-Hikmah Karangmojo Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta as a case study. Based on the research’s findings, it will show that: (1) in terms of service management, MA al-Hikmah provides service to the customers –the students- by not charging them any fees for educational operational costs, accommodation, health assurance, and educational facilities such as books and courses; (2) in terms of educational process management, MA Al-Hikmah’s teachers teach students using various teaching methods and strategies. Teaching processes are conducted both indoor and outdoor. MA Al-Hikmah also has a teaching team to handle the 12th graders in  extra classes so that they can pass the national examination; (3) in terms of product management, MA Al-Hikmah continuously improves its educational quality through a variety of ways. MA Al-Hikmah also has a special team to maintain students’ achievements morally and academically. MA Al-Hikmah also makes some efforts to provide its graduates with opportunities to get scholarships in the higher education and job vacancies to meet the market needs of quality graduates.

Abstract

Before conducting real teaching, students would be prepared with some agendas to train their teaching capability, their mastery of teaching method dan class management. At UII, students from Islamic Education Department have to conduct classroom observations and real teaching practices in secondary public schools as part required subject. This research examines how the application of active learning strategies could foster students of microteaching from academic year 2013/2014 at department of islamic studies Islamic univesity of Indonesia. The method of the research uses class activity research with 2 cycles activities. The pre Test in first Cycle reflects how the students were still used their basic capability in teaching practice and the second cycle was the training of active learning strategies using multimodal methods where the reasult shows that the students as a practitioner could use the active learning strategies to teach in the microteaching practices according to the subject they are teaching. The Innovation leads the students from very low score to high score in teaching capabilities.

Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi tentang bagaimana resiliensi aqidah sebuah perguruan tinggi dapat menjadi akar setiap aktualisasi kebijakan perguruan tinggi terutama dibidang implementasi undang-undang tentang penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi untuk peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggabungkan konsep kualitatif literer dengan analisis di lapangan dimana prinsip evaluasi efektifitas komponen satuan pendidikan (madrasah) dijadikan sebagai landasan teori untuk menganalisisnya. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa (1)Aqidah yang kuat seharusnya mampu menumbuhkan tata nilai yang menunjukkan kesalihan sosial di perguruan tinggi. Memulai sebuah layanan bagi para peserta didik difabel di perguruan tinggi tidak harus memiliki fasilitas yang mewah dan mahal. Justru komponen awal utama terwujudnya sebuah perguruan tinggi yang berbasis inklusi adalah ketahanan mental, ketahanan keyakinan yang akan terus memupuk komponen pendidikan di dalam perguruan tinggi tersebut untuk berlapang dada, penuh syukur dan keyakinan dalam melayani dan memberikan fasilitas terbaik bagi calon peserta didik berkebutuhan khusus berdasarkan surat Abasa. (2) Adapun Rekonstruksi Pendidikan inklusi di Perguruan Tinggi dapat dimulai dari internalisasi pemahaman civitas akademika terhadap landasan dan seluk beluk pendidikan inklusi. Pemahaman ini juga termasuk pemahaman komponen pendidikan ini terhadap keutamaan, jaminan dan janji-janji Allah yang menjalankan sunnah Rasulullah dengan tidak membeda-bedakan dalam melayani peserta didik.
