Abstract

Pulmonary Tuberculosis is a contagious disease directly caused by TB germs. The main symptoms are sputum mixed with blood, decreased appetite, and decreased BB. BB decrease can reach 10%. Condition of TB patient can be recovered by consuming nutritious food. The importance of attention to food intended for people with infectious diseases, especially Pulmonary TB patients include the availability of energy substances, proteins, fats and carbohydrates provided by the hospital. Goal: : To describe the knowledge of lung tuberculosis patients in TKTP diet therapy In the inpatient room of Santa Elisabeth medan hospital. Methods: This case study method is a descriptive type. Result: The results of this study indicate the knowledge of pulmonary TB patients about TKTP diet is good as much as 80% and enough as much as 20%. So knowledge of lung TB patients at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan is good. Conclusion: For nurse to help information about TKTP diet in Lung TB patient.

Abstract

Standard operating procedure (SOP) is the guide to start or to do some jobs, where is the place to do, what should they do and how they can do it. The patient in post operation facture close femur is one of category that should apply in keeping patient or injuring them in correct way. Keeping the wound in correct way is the basic step to injure the patient in sterile that follow procedure. The aim is to help the patient to get curing as soon as possible from the wound. Goal: : The aim from this case study is to see how they apply their knowledge to keep the patient for injuring in post operation facture close femur in Santa Elisabeth hospital Medan 2017. Methods: Case study method that may apply in here is Descriptive. The population is about 12 respondents, the instrument of this research is using post operation and the result will get by Univariate analysis. Result: From univariate analysis the result could divide into two categories these are good application is about 83,3% and enough application is about 16,7%. Conclusion: From the case study in The General implementation figure of standard operational keeping care for injuring in post operation facture close femur in Santa Elisabeth hospital Medan 2017, the result is good. And hopefully this procedure will keep in long time and give the best service to make the patient feel good as well as they get the appropriate procedure.

Abstract

Stroke is a symptom that occurs due to impaired blood circulation in the brain.Objective: To find out an overview of the determinants of dietary behavior with stroke events in the dalu ten tanjung morawa health center in 2022.Research Method: using FFQ (Food Frequency Questionnaire). The results showed that 60 respondents at the Dalu Ten Health Center, Tanjung Morawa, with dietary behavior in the type of staple food was sufficient (61.7), the type of meat that had good fat, lacked (55.0), fish and less processing (50.0, enough vegetables and fruit (75.0%), only enough food (55.0%), sufficient food processing (58.3), sufficient and insufficient cooking spices (45.0%), less soft drinks (55.0 ), less dairy products (68.3%). Based on the dietary behavior of stroke patients in consuming staple foods, vegetables and fruit, only food, the food processing of stroke patients is sufficient to understand dietary behavior. Meanwhile, in consuming fatty meats, fish and their processing, cooking spices, and soft drinks, stroke sufferers are still lacking so that the eating behavior of stroke patients must increase food consumption patterns and the need to meet food consumption so that information on eating behavior of stroke sufferers is accurate and correct. Stroke sufferers must regulate their diet and avoid foods that contain high fat and cholesterol, besides that stroke patients are also advised to do physical activity, reduce stress levels by doing activities outside the home, taking vacations, exercising and quitting smoking to prevent stroke

Abstract

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu faktor dari 10 faktor risiko utama yang mempengaruhi beban penyakit global. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana gambaran gaya hidup penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Tahun 2023. Tujuan umum penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengidentifikasikan gaya hidup pada penderita hipertensi di Puskesmas Padang Bulan Tahun 2023. Tujuan khusus penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui gambaran gaya hidup penderita hipertensi berdasarkan, Aktifitas Fisik dan Pola Makan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif. Populasi sebanyak 1.258 dengan jumlah sampel 92 orang yang diambil dengan cara proporsal dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan aktifitas fisik kategori baik sebanyak 43 orang (46.7%), kategori cukup 43 orang (46.7%), kateori kurang 6 orang (6.5%). Hasil penelitian berdasarkan pola makan kategori pola makan buruk sebanyak 78 orang (84.8%), kategori pola makan baik sebanyak 14 orang (15.2%). Kesimpulan. jumlah responden aktifitas baik 43 orang (46,7%), cukup 43 orang (46.7%), kurang 6 orang(6.5%). Jumlah responden pola makan buruk 78 orang (84.8%), Baik 14 orang (15.2%). Disarankan Supaya rajin mengikuti penyuluhan-penyuluhan seputar kesehatan terutama mengenai hipertensi dan mengaplikasikannya didalam kehidupan sehari hari.
