Abstract

Medical Record is a collection of data and information on patients related to administration, medical clinical processes and medical support, quality management and outcome of those processes, which are documented and stored systematically and safely to be used by parties Entitled and concerned.. Aim: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the knowledge and motivation of the specialist's work on the filling of the medical record in the hospital ward of Santa Elisabeth Hospital. Method: Type of research using explanatory research with associative approach. Population is all the specialist doctors who become Doctors in Patient Responsibility inpatient at Santa Elisabeth Hospital as many as 50 people, while the sample of research as many as 50 people. Data collection was done by giving questionnaires and observation sheet of medical record. Analysis of data with Chi Square and multiple logistic regression. Results: The results showed that: 1) The knowledge of specialist physicians influenced the filling of hospitalized medical records at Santa Elisabeth Hospital Medan. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.030, the value of exp (B) 6,837. 2) Working motivation of specialist doctors influential on filling in medical records inpatient Hospital Santa Elisabeth Medan. This is indicated by the value of p = 0.005, the value of exp (B) 6,635. 3). Conclusion: There is a positive and significant influence between the knowledge and motivation of the specialist's work on the filling of the hospitalization records of Santa Elisabeth Hospital in Medan..

Abstract

The National Health Insurance (JKN) is a program of the National Social Security System (SJSN) organized by the Health Social Security Administration Agency (BPJS) and came into effect on January 1, 2014. The growth prevalence of JKN participants has reached 241.7 million people as of June 30 2022. The purpose of this community service is to provide insight to the public regarding the use of BPJS in the STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan dormitory. Where after conducting field visits to identify knowledge on using BPJS, many still do not know how to use BPJS. Giving questionnaires that were carried out before and after the socialization activities, students of the Health Information Management study program at the STIKes Santa Elisabeth Medan dormitory experienced an increase in knowledge after the post-test was carried out by 61.14%.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is a disease caused by the Dengue virus which is classified as an Arthropod-borne Virus, the Flavivirus genus and the Flaviviridae family. Dengue fever is transmitted to humans through the bite of mosquito vectors from the Aedes genus, one of which is Aedes Aegypti or Aedes Albopictus. Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever can appear at any time of the year and can attack all age groups. This disease is closely related to environmental conditions and community behavior, therefore preventive measures must be taken by every community. It is very important to prevent dengue fever in all levels of society to avoid dengue fever. The targets of community service activities are students of the Health Information Management Study Program. Interview results: Some MIK Study Program students still do not understand the precautions that must be taken to avoid contracting dengue fever and therefore are at risk of contracting dengue fever. Paying attention to the results of the survey that has been carried out, efforts that can be made to increase knowledge in preventing dengue fever are through health education efforts. The aim of Health Education is to increase students' knowledge about dengue prevention. The method used to achieve the goal is to carry out health education about dengue prevention. The results of health education activities show that there is a difference in the average knowledge scores before and after implementing health education. The conclusion from community service is that there has been an increase in knowledge about dengue prevention.
