Abstract

Community Service entitled Saving Waste for the Future at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank aims to provide knowledge about the importance of saving, providing savings training, inviting and instilling awareness to the actors of the garbage bank in Graha Indah Pamulang that the benefits from saving this rubbish for the future. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered at the Graha Indah Pamulang Paprika Waste Bank. The results of this PKM proved that the members of the garbage bank Bambu Apus Village can master how to save well and increase the determination and concern for waste around the neighborhood.Keywords: Waste Bank, Saving, Future.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh tekanan kerja, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Dialogue Garmindo Utama Jakarta Utara baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode sampling Jenuh dan sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah tekanan kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 31,287+0, 222x1. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,222 berarti kedua variabel tersebut memiliki tingkat hubungan yang rendah. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung < t tabel or (1,733 < 2,002). Dengan demikian Ho diterima dan Ha ditolak artinya tidak ada pengaruh tekanan kerja yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y=6,541+0, 820X2, nilai korelasinya sebesar 0,750 berarti kedua variabel tersebut memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel or (5.212>1.991). Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh motivasi kerja yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Tekanan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y= 2,945+0, 145x1+0. 803X2. Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,764 berarti variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki hubungan yang kuat. Uji hipotesis yang diperoleh Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan tekanan kerja dan motivasi kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze workload in improving employee performance at PT XYZ Indonesia in Tangerang City. Two core informants and five key informants met the sample criteria. The method used was a qualitative descriptive phenomenological approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation of company management, NVivo, triangulation, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that PT XYZ Indonesia's workload is managed flexibly through setting targets based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) tailored to the capabilities of each employee. The work environment, both physical and non-physical, significantly influences work effectiveness and comfort. Some employees experience fatigue, especially when the workload increases, but the company provides compensation such as workload adjustments and work from home. The main obstacles in achieving targets are mostly caused by external factors such as client demands, the amount of work piling up, and limited work equipment. All employees follow clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure the quality and quantity of performance are maintained. This research is expected to serve as a reference for companies in managing workloads and increasing employee productivity in the digital age.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan teknologi informasi dan penggunaan media sosial terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Energi Garuda Gemilang. Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dan media sosial dalam lingkungan kerja semakin meningkat, memberikan dampak signifikan terhadap produktivitas, efisiensi, serta kualitas kerja karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus serta analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan karyawan serta analisis dokumen yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi yang optimal menjadi kekuatan (strength) dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kerja dan mempermudah kolaborasi tim. Namun, kelemahan (weakness) yang ditemukan adalah kurangnya edukasi mengenai penggunaan teknologi yang efektif. Dari sisi peluang (opportunity), perkembangan teknologi digital membuka akses lebih luas terhadap inovasi kerja, tetapi ancaman (threat) berupa gangguan fokus akibat penggunaan media sosial yang tidak terkontrol juga ditemukan. Temuan dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan dalam mengelola teknologi informasi dan media sosial secara strategis dengan memanfaatkan kekuatan dan peluang, sekaligus meminimalkan kelemahan dan ancaman yang ada. Selain itu, hasil penelitian ini juga dapat menjadi referensi bagi studi lebih lanjut mengenai dampak digitalisasi dalam dunia kerja

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of recruitment and selection on employee performance at PT. Bima Sakti Logistik, East Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, involving 58 respondents. Data analysis techniques include validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results show that recruitment has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 19.6% and hypothesis testing indicating that the calculated t value >  t table (3.695 > 1.672). Selection also has a significant effect on employee performance, with a coefficient of determination of 33.9% and a calculated t value >  t table (5.356 > 1.672). Simultaneously, recruitment and selection have a significant effect on employee performance, as indicated by the regression equation Y = 14.086 + 0.158X₁ + 0.476X₂. The coefficient of determination is 36.2%, while the remaining 63.8% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing shows that the calculated F value >  F table (15.625 > 3.16).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and physical work environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative approach by utilizing survey methods to collect data from the population or samples in the company. The sample uses saturated sampling, so all employees are sampled in this study. The analysis method in data processing is validity and reliability testing, classical assumption testing, simple linear regression, multiple linear regression, correlation coefficient testing, determination coefficient testing, hypothesis testing (f test and t test) using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the workload value t count (1.464 <1.664). This is also strengthened by the ρ value > Sig. 0.05 or (0.147 > 0.05). Thus, H0 is accepted, this indicates that there is no significant influence partially between workload and employee performance. The value of the physical work environment t count (6.419>1.664). This is strengthened by the ρ value < Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). Thus, H2 is accepted, this indicates that there is a partial significant influence between the physical work environment and employee performance. For the simultaneous test, F count = (74.206>2.33) is obtained, this is also strengthened by the ρ value <Sig. 0.05 or (0.00<0.05). This indicates that there is a simultaneous significant influence between workload and physical work environment on employee performance.
