Abstract

Community Service entitled UMKM Development by implementing sales through e-commerce and time management training during the Covid-19 pandemic aims to provide knowledge about sales through e-commerce and time management training, invite and instil awareness to UMKM actors that it is very It is important to develop marketing through e-commerce and time management to survive the Covid pandemic. The target of this service is all UMKM members who are in Bumi Mas Ciseeng Housing, Kuripan Village, Ciseeng - Bogor. The results of this PKM are proven that UMKM players can master the way of selling through e-commerce and time management training so that they can survive during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Community Service entitled the use of used cooking oil into washing soap at a garbage bank in the Village of Bambu Apus aims to empower and increase the value of used cooking oil that is not used and is usually disposed of into trash, but with this training with simple capital can be processed into washing soap which can be used alone or sold and earn income and improve the living standards of garbage bank members. The target of this service is all members of the garbage bank registered in the Village of Bambu Apus Pamulang, which consists mostly of housewives. The results of this PKM are proven by the women members of the garbage bank Bambu Apus Village that can apply the use of used cooking oil into washing soap properly and can be marketed to consumers by attending exhibitions or marketed around the neighborhood and online.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan meneliti antara pengaruh Manajemen Laba dan Rasio Likuiditas terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Sifat penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Populasinya perusahaan manufaktur pada yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2012-2016. Sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan total sampel sebanyak 45 data dan Penelitian ini  menggunakan SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini,  bahwa Manajemen Laba berpengaruh negatif  terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Rasio Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap Agresivitas Pajak. Secara simultan (Bersama-sama) Rasio Manajemen Laba dan Rasio Likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Agresivitas Pajak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of morale, hygiene factors and employee engagement on organizational effectiveness in the accounting department of Pamulang University. The research method used is quantitative research using a questionnaire, this study distributed 77 questionnaires to 77 representatives of several lecturers in the S1 Accounting University of Pamulang whose number of samples was taken by using the Slovin formula. The sample collection technique used is Purposive Sampling. Data analysis in this study was carried out using data quality tests, classic assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (t & F test).             The results showed that work morale partially influences organizational effectiveness, hygiene factor partially influences organizational effectiveness and employee engagement does not affect organizational effectiveness. While simultaneous work morale, hygiene factor and employee engagement affect the effectiveness of the organization in the S1 Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. Keywords: morale, hygiene factor, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness.

Abstract

Memasuki perkembangan zaman yang sangat pesat dewasa ini sangat berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan bisnis di sektor pemerintahan maupun swasta. Perusahaan merupakan suatu Lembaga yang diorganisir dan dijalankan untuk menyediakan barang dan jasa untuk masyarakat dengan motif incentive (keuntungan). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut diperlukan sumber daya manusia yang handal sesuai bidangnya masing-masing dan yang paling berperan dalam kemajuan perusahaan adalah pimpinan. Pimpinan bukan orang yang sempurna yang dapat melakukan tugasnya sendiri, pada PT. Biosystems Indonesia pimpinan dibantu oleh beberapa stafnya yang salah satunya seorang sekretaris. Penelitian ini menggunakan 2 macam teknik analisis data yaitu analisis data kualitatif dengan cara deskriptif komparatif, yaitu analisa data yang berupa informasi yang didapat dengan cara membandingkan antara teori oleh Siwi Kadarmo (2006) tentang tugastugas sekretaris (X) dan teori oleh Kartini Kartono (2006) tentang tugas-tugas pimpinan (Y). Hasil analisis secara manual bahwa sekretaris belum mampu melaksanakan tugasnya secara maksimal, hal ini dapat dilihat dari tingginya persentase (%) angka kecermatan penemuan arsip yang persentasenya lebih tinggi dari ketentuan yang ada melebihi standar di atas 3% yang mana dapat dilihat pada tahun 2008 5,5%, tahun 2009 4,0% dan tahun 2010 3,5%. Abstract

The success of an organization is strongly influenced by employee performance. Every company always improves employee performance to achieve the goals it wants. This study aims to determine the effect of applying accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture on employee performance with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach and uses a purposive sampling method. The data in this study are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires directly to accounting students in the Pamulang University employee class, especially students in the accounting study program. The number of samples used is 100 respondents. Data were analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Exogenous latent variables are the application of accounting information systems, internal control, work motivation and organizational culture. While employee performance as an endogenous latent variable with employee integrity as an intervening variable. The results showed that internal control variables formed employee integrity variables (loading factor = 0.69) and employee integrity variables were proven to influence employee performance variables (loading factor = 0.97). This provides an overview in the form of recommendations for improving internal control from the employee side which will have an impact on improving organizational performance.

Abstract

Recording financial reports is an important activity in accountancy. Financial reports are not only needed by companies but also individuals. Santri become part of accounting with carry out monthly money management records. In general, students find it difficult to record financial reports clearly, in detail and systematic. The purpose of service is to train students record simple financial reports in manage money. The service team uses training methods through four stages. Lectures, tutorials, discussions and evaluations. The service was held at the RH La Tahzan Islamic boarding school, Cinangka Village, Sawangan District, Depok City, West Java Province on April 26 2024, which was attended by 25 students. The result of this training is that students take part in training with enthusiastic. Delivery of material is light, according to needs, and easy understood, direct training assistance, discussions exciting, sufficient training duration, and evaluation as a measure of success. Students are helped and Able to record financial reports simply. This is as efforts to manage students' finances and minimize waste.
