Abstract

Professional competence as a pharmacist assistant really needs to be equipped with accounting and tax knowledge. Entering the business world, inevitably, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, namely equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are accounting and tax. The program was chosen because it was considered important and was expected to provide education to these students. Accounting and tax materials are important materials as a provision for them to increase their ability to become entrepreneurs. By mastering accounting and taxes, it is expected that they can manage their business by compiling accounting and tax (fiscal) financial reports according to applicable standards.

Abstract

Kami melaksanakan kegiatan Pengabdian dengan 3 tahapan, yaitu penyuluhan perkembangan penjualan e-commerce dan pentingnya  pembagian tugas, diskusi mengenai kendala yang dihadapi dan pendampingan  pembuatan media penjualan online serta penyusunan struktur organisasi. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, Usaha kerupuk Super Ikan Laut Mandiri mengalami kemajuan cukup pesat penjualan nya dengan metode online, sistem kerja juga lebih efektif dan efisien dengan pembagian tugas yang baik. Saran kami agar industri ini terus up to dated tentang kemajuan teknologi terutama sistem penjualan saat ini dan terus ber inovasi mengembangkan produknya.Kata Kunci: Penjualan, Wewenang, Tugas, UKMWe carried out Community Service activities in 3 stages: counseling on the development of e-commerce sales and the importance of division of tasks, discussions about the obstacles faced, and assistance in making online sales media and preparing organizational structures. After attending the training, the business has progressed rapidly in its sales using the online method. The work system is also more effective and efficient with a good division of tasks. Our advice is to keep this industry up to date on technological advances, especially the current sales system, and continue to innovate to develop their products.Keywords: Sales, Authority, Duties, SMEs

Abstract

The Accounting and Taxation training that has been provided is expected to provide education to these students. Accounting and taxation are important subjects for them because some of these students attend SMK majoring in Accounting. The training includes an introduction to accounting such as making journals and other bookkeeping, as well as tax training including an introduction to the types of taxes and how to calculate taxes and report tax obligations. The purpose of this study was to describe the participants' satisfaction with (1) evaluation of the training on the level of satisfaction of participants (X1), (2) the level of graduation of the trainees (X2), (3) changes in the behaviour of participants after the training (X3). This research is quantitative descriptive research with a survey method. Measuring the level of satisfaction of participants using a 5-scale questionnaire with respondents totalling 67 participants in accounting and taxation training at the Nurul Ihsan Islamic Boarding School, Tangerang Selatan Banten. The analysis tool uses descriptive. The results of this study indicate that accounting and taxation training has an influence on the development of knowledge and value of accounting and tax reports for students who attend SMK majoring in Accounting.

Abstract

EFFORTS TO IMPROVE HUMAN RESOURCES OF PONDOK SAKINAH FOUNDATION THROUGH SOFT SKILL AND HARD SKILL TRAINING (DISCIPLINE, ACCOUNTING, AND TAXATION). The Pondok Sakinah Foundation aims to build a generation of people who are intellectually capable, morally elegant, and focus on learning the totality of piety, which is the hope of Indonesian Muslims. The Accounting Study Program (Prodi) of Pamulang University (Unpam) plays an active role in improving the quality of life of the community through Community Service (PKM). Community Service is education which is then continued with research which is actually a preparation to face real cases. Research is also a contribution from universities, especially lecturers, to the community. PKM is implemented by providing training on emotional intelligence, discipline, accounting and taxes. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to the students. The material provided is an important material as their provision to increase their knowledge. By obtaining these materials, it is hoped that they can become people who are able to manage their own emotions and are disciplined in managing and applying the material provided.

Abstract

This research is based on observations at the Al-Husna Orphanage at the Al-Husna Foundation in the Bukit Pamulang Indah Complex. Alpha fourteen. Pamulang Timur District. Tangerang Selatan Banten Province, foster children numbered thirty-five people with a total of twenty-six administrators. Foster children consisting of orphans do not have a father as head of the family and some are from poor families. Foster children in the range of education from elementary schools, junior high schools to high schools. The foster children are helped from school fees up to the day-to-day costs, but for their homes they are still cared for by their respective families. Every month they are gathered at the Masjid Al-Muhajirin Bukit Pamulang Indah Complex to monitor their educational development, their grades at school together with the provision of monthly compensation. For children who have achievements, the Al-Husna orphanage also gives prizes every semester with the aim of providing motivation to continue to perform and also to encourage his friends to achieve achievements as well. Once a year the foster children are also invited to travel with caregivers so they are happy and happy, such as to the top, to Bandung, and others. Meanwhile, the management consists of 26 residents from the area around the beautiful Pamulang hill complex in South Tangerang. These mothers come from different work backgrounds. There are housewives, employees, and who have their own businesses. Management is voluntary, without payment or salary. They really only aim to worship to help others. So far the Al Husna Orphanage in South Tangerang has received funds from permanent donors and donors. They have been keeping financial records simple. None of the administrators has a special ability to do bookkeeping. They simply record the income received from donors and expenses for their foster students. The purpose of this study is to look at financial reporting that has been carried out by the treasurer of the Al-Husna orphanage foundation. Furthermore, compile its financial reporting in accordance with PSAK standard no.45 regarding the financial reporting of non-profit organizations. Because the Orphanage is an organization that is not looking for profit, then PSAK 45 is in accordance with the nature of their organization. It is expected that by applying PSAK 45 for the preparation of their financial reports, financial accountability and transparency can be created so that they can be held accountable to foundations, donors and the public. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative research, with the steps of data collection, data processing or data analysis, preparation of reports and drawing conclusions.

Abstract

Bank Sampah Asri Berseri terletak di Perumahan Griya Pamulang Asri, Benda Baru, Pamulang, Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten. Bank Sampah Asri Berseri, sebagai salah satu UKM yang merupakan Socialpreneur dalam menjalankan usahanya, menggunakan konsep pengumpulan Aerob Composter, Recycling dan Metering Exchange Point (KTT). Jenis-jenis sampah yang diolah ialah kemasan plastik, botol, kaca, kresek, karton, kertas kosong, koran dan kertas buram, kaleng, besi, aluminium, seng, dll. Permasalahan yang dihadapi Bank Sampah Asri Berseri antara lain: 1) Peningkatan produk olahan kreatif dari sampah; 2) Perluasan pemasaran dengan konsep social ecopreneur; dan, 3) Peningkatan manajemen usaha. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada dan potensi mitra binaan, para pengabdi memutuskan untuk mengikuti Program Pemanfaatan Sampah sebagai sumber wirausaha baru dalam produksi produk sampah olahan berbasis social technopreneurs di Bank Sampah Asri Berseri. Solusi program tahap selanjutnya, yaitu 1) Konsultasi. 2) pelatihan dan pembekalan; 3) percontohan, 4) pendidikan bisnis, 5) pelatihan produksi, dan 6) bantuan pemasaran. Sebagai hasil dari kegiatan ini, kelompok usaha Bank Sampah Asri Berseri berkembang di bidang pengolahan produk pembuangan sampah yang kompetitif, sehingga meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dan menciptakan rumah yang asri dan layak huni.

The Efforts to Strengthen Student’s Skills through Entrepreneurship Training, Accounting, and Law of Bullying. graduates of SMK Mitra Bakti Husada - Bekasi majoring in Nursing and Pharmacy with the business world, because they are intended as ready-to-use personnel who are struggling to provide nursing and pharmacy services that are needed by hospitals and pharmacies for medical services to the community or can also be used as ready-made workers in drug and pharmaceutical companies that serve the community. Nursing assistants and pharmacist assistants really need to be equipped with knowledge of entrepreneurship, accounting and law. Entering the business world, like it or not, in order to be successful, it must be done professionally, which is equipped with the skills to manage finances and taxes, so that in managing finances, students need to be equipped with this knowledge. The training programs that will be provided are entrepreneurship, accounting and law. The program was chosen because it is considered important and is expected to provide education to these students. This material is an important material as a provision for them to improve their ability to be entrepreneurs, be able to manage finances and maintain social ethics, and respect each other.
