Abstract

The purpose of this reseach is to determine how much the influenceTraining and Education (DIKLAT) program and job placement partially orsimultaneously against the performance of government officers in the ministry ofreligion on Lubuklinggau City. The sample of this study only 30 people out of 121people from all populations. The technic of data analytical uses the equation ofregression test. The result of the study find out that the outcome of multiple linearregression with the whole uses of independent variables are as follows : Y =10.894 + 0,030 X1 + 0.769 X2. From the correlation coefficient (R) theindependent variable of DIKLAT (X1) and job placement (X2) = 1.000, partiallycan be concluded have intense correlation. From the result of determinantcoefficient (R2) = 0,472, can be concluded the major percentage of officersperformance was affected by all independent DIKLAT variable (X1) and jobplacement (X2) simultantly as worth as 47,2% and 52,8% for the restaffected byother variables sush leaderships, work environment, prisoner/dicipline, andorganization culture, and etc. which is not reserached in this research. From thethree hypotheses results, the result of t test DIKLAT variable (X1) on officersperformance (Y) proves the result of Thitung = 4.990 is bigger than the value ofTtable = 1.488, with a level of significance sig. = 0.000. The result of Ttest JobPlacement variable (X2) on Officers performance (Y) proves the result of Thitung+ 6.496 is bigger than the value of Ttable = 1.234, with the level of significancessig. = 0.000. the result of F test that the value of Fhitung which obtained as12.062 > Ftable = 3.35 and the level of meaning significant simultaneously F is0.000, so can be concluded that DIKLAT (X1) and Job Placement (X2) havesignificant partially and simultantly effect to job performance from the officers onThe Ministry of Religion in Lubuklinggau city.

Abstract

The research objective to be achieved are as follows: the objectives of this research are: 1) To determine the effect of discipline and competence of the performance of teachers at MTs Ittihaadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. 2) To determine the effect of discipline on the performance of teachers at MTs Ittihaadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. 3) To determine the effect of competence on the performance of teachers at MTs Ittihaadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. T test results can be explained that the discipline variables (X1) on teacher performance showed the value t = 10.414 is greater than the value ttable 2,042 with a significant level = 0.000 <(α) 12:05, df (n-2) 35-2 = 33 amounted to 2,042 , suggesting that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially discipline variables have a significant effect on the performance of teachers at MTs Ittihaadul Ulum Lubuklinggau.Kemudian City t test results above can be explained that the competence variable (X2) on teacher performance showed the value t = 5,575 greater than the value ttable 5,575 with a significant level = 0.000 <(α) 12:05, df (n-2) 35-2 = 33 is equal to 2.042, suggesting that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and in partial competency has significant influence the performance of teachers at MTs Ittihaadul Ulum Lubuklinggau. Further testing of the hypothesis that Fhitung obtained is 87.116> F table = 3.30 significance level simultaneously and significance is 0.000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 35 - 2-1 = 32 amounted to 3.30 so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. means shows that together (simultaneously) the independent variable X1 (discipline) and X2 (competence) have a significant effect on the dependent variable Y (the teacher's performance) so the hypothesis proved to be true and acceptable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau, adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan secara simultan dan secara parsial, sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau sebanyak 74 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengujian regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi, uji F dan uji t. adapun hasil penelitian dalam penelitian ini yaitu sebagai berikut: 1) Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. Uji parsial (Uji t) dilakukan untuk membuktikan hipoPenelitian apakah pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Maka dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimbulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya Terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Keluruhan dalam Wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau 2) Pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. bahwa > dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan. Maka dengan demikian dapat diambil kesimbulan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Artinya Terdapat pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Keluruhan dalam Wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau 3) Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai kelurahan dalam wilayah Kecamatan Lubuklinggau Utara II Kota Lubuklinggau. bahwa Fhitung > Ftabel dan juga sig sebesar 0,000 <0,05 sehingga dapat diketahui bahwa pengaruhnya signifikan.
