Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with the aim to know the influence of classroom management and work ethic of teacher to student's learning effectivity in Senior High School (SMA) Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau, forThe F count obtained is 10.458> F table = 2.051 and the significance level simultaneously significance is 0,000 <(α) = 0,05 df = n - k = 30 - 2 - 1 = 27 is 2.051 so Ho is rejected and Ha be accepted. means that simultaneously the independent variables X1 (classroom management) and X2 (work ethic of teachers) have a significant influence on the dependent variable Y (student learning effectiveness) to be proven true and hypothesis acceptable. From result of t test for class management variable (X1) to teacher performance show value t count = 3,652 bigger than t table value 2,048 with significant level = 0,001 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 30 - 2 = 28 is 2.048, this shows Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially classroom management variables have a significant effect on the effectiveness of student learning in Senior High School Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau City. From t test result for teacher work ethic variable (X2) to student's learning effectiveness (Y) shows tct value = 2,512 bigger than ttable value 2.048 with significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 30 - 2 = 28 is 2.048, this indicates Ho is rejected and Ha accepted and partially variable work ethic of teacher have a significant influence to the effectiveness of student learning in Senior High School Budi Utomo Lubuklinggau City

Abstract

Fungsi dan tujan pendidikan dalam UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2003 tentangSistem Pendidan Nasional Bab III Pasal 2 yang menyatakan pendidikan nasional berfungsi mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta peradabanbangsa yang bermartabat dalam rangka mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk berkembangnya potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreaktif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yakni penelitian survei. Kerlinger dalam buku Riduwan. (2014:49) mengatakan bahwa “penelitian survei adalah penelitian yang dilakukan pada populasi besar maupun kecil, tetapi data yang dipelajari adalah data dari sampel yang diambil dari populasi tersebut, sehingga ditemukan kejadian-kejadian relatif, distribusi dan hubungan antar variabel sosiologis maupun psikologis. Dari hasil uji t secara parsial variabel bebas kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru menunjukkan nilai th= 4,648 > ttabel = 2,021 dengan tingkat signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05, dk(n-2) 38-2 =36, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dapat dikatakan variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Negeri Muara Kelingi Kecamatan MuaraKelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Dari hasil uji t secara parsial variabel bebas disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru menunjukkan nilai th= 6,150 > ttabel = 2,021 dengan tingkat signifikansi = 0,000 < 0,05, dk(n-2) 38-2 =36, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dapat dikatakan variabel disiplin kerja guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Negeri Muara Kelingi Kecamatan Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas Berdasarkanrekapitulasi uji F dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan disiplin kerja guru terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Negeri Muara Kelingi menunjukkan nilai Fhitung = 36,44 > Ftabel = 3,38 dengan tingkat singnifikansi =0,000 < ( a ) = 0,05 dan dk = n-k-1 = 38-2-1=35, hal ini menyatakan bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima atau dapat dikatakan bahwa secara bersama-sama (simultan) variabel bebas kepemimpinan kepala madarasah dan disiplin kerja guru memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru di MTs Negeri Muara Kelingi Kabupaten Musi Rawas. Hal ini membuktikan hipopenelitian pada penelitian terbukti dan hipopenelitian diterima.

Abstract

This research was conducted at Lembaga Pemasyarakatan Narkotika Klas IIa Muara Beliti Kabupaten Musi Rawas. The purpose of obtaining a clear picture of the Effects of Displin and Motivation on Prison Service Performance. The result of simple linear regression coefficient test of the equation obtained by equation as follows: Y = a + bX (Y = 22,085 + 0,458X1). From the simple linear regression equation the discipline can be explained that the constant value is equal to a = 22,085. While the value of regression variable coefficient of discipline of 0.458 units, Conversely if the value of disciplinary regression fell by one unit, then employee performance is also predicted to decrease by 0.458 units. Therefore it can be concluded that the discipline has a direct relationship to the performance of employees. Based on the result of the correlation coefficient test the correlation coefficient value 0.532 is at the interval coefficient of 0.40 to 0.599 which means the relationship between the discipline variable (X1) and employee performance (Y) shows the relationship is and positive correlation value means correlation or discipline (X1) employee performance (Y) direction. The result of t test above can be explained that the discipline variable (X1) on employee performance shows the value of tcount = 4,785 bigger than ttable value 2.021 with significant level = 0,000 <(α) 0.05, df (n-2) 60 - 2 = 58 is of 2.02.
