Abstract

Abstrak Tahun 2018 di Indonesia , KEK pada ibu hamil sebanyak 17,3 %, KEK pada ibu hamil dapat menyebabkan perdarahan dan infeksi yang merupakan faktor kematian utama ibu. Jumlah ibu hamil KEK mendapat PMT pada 2018 hanya 25,2% dan sekitar 74,8% ibu hamil KEK tidak mendapat PMT sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari PMT terhadap perubahan status gizi ibu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literature Review yaitu pencarian data bersumber dari Google Scholar, Sinta Indonesia, dan Mendeley yang berjumlah 13 artikel dari tahun 2015-2020. analisis data dilakukan secara naratif dan deskriptif dalam bentuk table dengan menggunakan diagram flow prisma untuk menilai kualitas jurnal yang diambil. Hasil Penelitian menyatakan bahwa dengan pemberian makanan tambahan selama minimal 10 minggu atau maksimal 90 hari dapat meningkatkan berat badan dan LILA ibu hingga 10 - 20 % karena kandungan dalam PMT adalah ekstrak protein dan energi serta terdapat kandungan asam folat dan zat besi. Kata Kunci : PMT, Berat badan dan LILA, Ibu hamil KEK Abstarct Malnutrition in pregnant women was 17.3%, malnutrition in pregnant women can cause bleeding and infection which are the main factors of maternal mortality. The number of pregnant women in KEK who received PMT in 2018 was only 25.2% and around 74.8% of pregnant women in malnutrition did not get supplementary food so this research was conducted to determine the effect of PMT on changes in maternal nutritional status. Data searches were sourced from Google Scholar, Sinta Indonesia, and Mendeley, totaling 13 articles from 2015-2020. Data analysis was carried out in a narrative and descriptive manner in table form using a prism flow diagram to assess the quality of the journals taken. The result is states that by providing additional food for at least 10 weeks or a maximum of 90 days can increase body weight and MUAC mothers by 10 - 20% because the content in PMT is protein and energy extracts and contains folic acid and iron. The supplementary food program is able to increase the weight and MUAC of pregnant women so that pregnant women can avoid complications that occur due to chronic energy deficiency in pregnant women.
