Abstract

Lack of nutrition on infant and children can cause interference in growth and development. 0-24 months old is the fastes growth sufficient periode and should get nutrition intake to support optimum growth and development. to reach the optimum growth and development age swap of infants should get esclusove breast milk feeding until 6 month old, to givesuplememtary feeding to infant since 6 month old. yhe objectives of these research are to know the management of suplementyary feeding and the effect to growth rate and nutritional status under 5 6 month to 124 month old public health center Purwokerto Selatan Banyumas Regency. Methods of this research is retrospective cohort . sample is under five 6 month-24 month old as many as 35 from poor families. data analysis were used descriptive, ANOVA and Chi square test. the result of this research did not show significant weight gain by giving suplementary feeding. after least research did not show significant weighting gain by giving suplementary feeding.after leastsignificance difference test, there was different on second anh third month (p value 0,006 and 0,000 (<0,05)). Chi square Test showed that was different supplementary feeding with nutrir=tional status on third month (p value 0,032 (<0,05)) and closeness of weak relationship (association coefisien 0,289). conclusion; intervention by suplementary local food 6-24 month increased body weight significantly after two month, influenced nutrition status on third minth.

Abstract

Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is a common indicator used as economic development index, quality of life indicator and main component determining life expectancy rate of a society. Data from Banyumas Regency Health Office showed that infant mortality in 2006 was 5,65 per 1000 live birth and it increased in 2007 to 9,60 per 1000 live birth. The research aims to determinants analysis that influence infant mortality in Banyumas Regency. The research method used case control approach. The case was baby that died in year of 2007 to July 2008. The contol was baby those who live as the case’s neighbours. The case sample were taken from the data of Banyumas Regency Health Office as many as 44 newest infant mortality, while the control sample taken by using population based technique with the closest neighbours of the cases as the control source. The analysis used univariat, bivariat and multivariat. The result of the research states that determinant which correlated with infant mortality were close determinant that : birth weight (p = 0,004 dan OR = 4) and congenital disorder (p = 0,030 dan OR = 6,17). While the most dominant relevant factor was congenital disorder OR = 8,18 (95%CI 1,57-42,55) which means baby with congenital disorder risked 8,18 times to experience mortality compared to babies that who have congenital disorders. The result of the research suggested to make coordination with health service officer to give information and eduction about effects of congenital disorders in new born babies, and the mothers visit antenatal helath service regulary.

Abstract

Iron deficiency anemia in adolescents still be a problem. If it untreated, it will continue into adulthood and contribute greatly to maternal mortality, premature birth, and low birth weight babies. The aim of this studi was to determine the risk factors on the incidence of adolescent girls iron deficiency anemia in urban and rural areas Banyumas. This study conducted with cross sectional approach to 120 sample of adolescent girls who study at the high school. Data knowledge of nutrition and body image obtained through questionnaires, consumption obtained through food recall, Hemoglobin levels with test strips, and analysis by chi square test and multiple logistic regression. The samples of the study, 70 came from urban and 50 were from rural, 92.9% of urban adolescent girls and 76% of adolescent girls in rural sample anemic. Bivariate analysis showed that factors associated with the incidence of iron deficiency anemia in adolescent girls in urban were protein intake and iron intake. Multivariate showed that the most factor on the incidence of iron deficiency anemia in urban was protein intake. We expected Dinas Kesehatan to have a collaboration with the Dinas Pendidikan to solve the problem of adolescent anemia

Abstract

ABSTRACTMaternal and Child Health ( MCH ) as a means of recording maternal and child health services since pregnant women, childbirth and during the postpartum infants born to 5 years old, including service family planning, immunization, nutrition and child development. Some issues related to the use of the MCH book are: completeness of data entry in the MCH book, the quality of the data recorded in the book of MCH, and the level of compliance of the mother carrying the MCH book . The purpose of this activity is to improve maternal compliance in carrying the book when visiting post integrated community.This study is to monitor compliance with the mother in bringing continuous MCH book every month for about 2 months . This indicator is observed / checked to the mother during a visit to a neighborhood health center before the intervention and after implementation of the intervention on each posyandu organizing activities that serve as research sites / partners . From the observation of no increased adherence posyandu Puspitasari toddler 's mother after giving intervention IEC, from 56.6 % to 60 % ( increase of 3.4 % ). Increased compliance posyandu watugede toddler 's mother after giving IEC intervention is of 33.3 % to 50 % ( an increase of 16.7 % ) . Suggested to always deliver IEC moms toddlers in posyandu so bring a book MCH compliance is maintained. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this study analyze the relationship between the iodine content of salt consumption and the level of consumption of iodine levels in women of childbearing age UIE. The study was observational with cross sectional design. The research location in the village of Kebumen, Baturraden subdistrict, Banyumas. Subjects were 38 selected by simple random sampling technique. The consumption level of iodine was measured by the method of Food Recall 2x24 hours. Salt iodine content was measured by iodometric titration method and UIE levels measured by acid digestion method in the laboratory BP2GAKI Magelang. Data analysis using spearman correlation. A total of 71.1% women of childbearing age using the iodine content of salt consumption of <30 ppm. The consumption level of iodine less subject category (86.8%). UIE levels by an average of 156.50 μg/L category of normal iodine intake. There was no relationship with the iodine content of salt UIE levels (p=0.671). No correlation with levels of iodine consumption levels UIE (p=0.586). Levels of UIE women of childbearing age are not affected by the iodine content of salt and iodine consumption levels. Penelitian ini bersifat observasional dengan rancangan cross sectional. Lokasi penelitian di desa Kebumen, Kecamatan Baturraden, Banyumas. Subjek penelitian dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Tingkat konsumsi yodium diukur dengan metode Food Recall 2x24 jam. Kandungan garam yodium diukur dengan metode titrasi iodometrik dan tingkat UIE yang diukur dengan metode pencernaan asam di laboratorium BP2GAKI Magelang. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi spearman. Sebanyak 71,1% wanita usia subur menggunakan kandungan yodium konsumsi garam <30 ppm. Tingkat konsumsi kategori subjek kurang yodium (86,8%). Tingkat UIE rata-rata 156,50 μg / L kategori asupan yodium normal. Tidak ada hubungan dengan kadar yodium kadar garam UIE (p = 0,671). Tidak ada korelasi dengan tingkat kadar konsumsi yodium UIE (p = 0,586). Tingkat wanita UIE pada usia subur tidak terpengaruh oleh kadar yodium tingkat konsumsi garam dan yodium. Abstract

Background: Menstrual disorders often occur among adolescent girls. Menstrual disorder due to several factor including nutritional status, age, physical activity, nutrients intake, disease, stress and influence of cigarettes . Objective: To examined the association between nutritional status and level of nutrients intake with menstrual cycle among aldolescent in Distric Kedungbanteng Banyumas. Methods: Design research is analytic observation with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained 69 respondent adolescent girls. The technique of data colelection used menstrual cycle questionnaire, antropometric, food recall 2x24 jam, food picture and food model. Result: There is 40.6% respondent have an abnormal menstrual cycle. Nutritional status (11.6%) classified abnormal. Energy intake (91.3%), carbohydrate (94.2%) protein intake (89.9%) and fat intake (85.5%) classified an abnormal. Based on analysis of Chi-Square test, there is a significant relation between fat intake with menstrual cycle (p=0.041). Conclusion: Fat intake associated with menstrual cycle..

Abstract

The objective of study was to analyze the improving of balanced nutrition behaviour after applying nutritional education through pictorial story media for children and audiovisual media for mothers. The design of this study is a quasi-experimental study. Subjects were 45 students and 45 mothers of Limpakuwus Elementary School, Banyumas Regency. There was increasing of students' knowledge (20.8%) and maternal nutritional knowledge (15.5%) after being educated. Different behavior changes occurred significantly (p: 0,000 <0.05) before and after nutrition education. Tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis perbaikan perilaku gizi seimbang setelah penerapan edukasi gizi mellaui media cerita bergambar dan audiovisual pada orangtua. Desain penelitian ini adalah Kuasi Eksperimen. Sampel adalah 45 siswa dan 45 ibu pada SD Limpakuwus, Kabupaten Banyumas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan anak (20,8%) dan ibu (15,5 %) setelah pemberian edukasi. Terdapat perbedaan yang bermakna pada perilaku (p 0,000< 0,05) sebelum dan sesudah edukasi.

Abstract

Pengembangan materi pembelajaran penting untuk dilakukan dengan memadukan disiplin ilmu yang berbeda. Pengembangan interdisipliner ini ditujukan untuk menjawab tantangan pendidikan pada era sekarang yaitu mampu menghasilkan sumber daya manusia berkompeten dan dapat berkompetisi di tingkat global. Salah satu bentuk pengembangan yang dapat dilakukan adalah desain materi Percakapan Berbahasa Arab mengintegrasikan ilmu keperawatan dan ilmu keislaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam kajian ini adalah research and development. Sedangkan tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengembangkan desain percakapan berbahasa Arab bagi mahasiswa keperawatan. Adapun hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk pendidikan yang berupa desain percakapan berbahasa Arab tentang sejarah keperawatan Islam untuk mahasiswa keperawatan dengan menerapkan metode dialog. Keywords: pengembangan, arabic, nursing تهتاج المواد التعليمية تطويرا من خلال الجمع بين مختلف العلوم. تهدف تنمية متعدد التخصصات لجواب تحديات التعليم في العصر الحالي، أي القدرة على إنتاج موارد بشرية كفؤة وقادرة على المنافسة على المستوى العالمي. أحد أشكال التطوير التي يمكن القيام بها هو تصميم مادة المحادثة باللغة العربية التي تدمج التمريض والعلوم الإسلامية. الطريقة المستخدمة في هذه الدراسة هي البحث والتطوير. ويهدف البحث تطوير تصميم المحادثة باللغة العربية لطلاب التمريض. النتائج التي تحققت في هذا البحث هي إنتاج منتجات تعليمية على شكل تصاميم محادثة عربية حول تاريخ التمريض الإسلامي لطلاب التمريض من خلال تطبيق أسلوب الحوار. الكلمات المفتاحية: تطوير، عربية، التمريض
