Abstract

The work process in some aluminum cast aluminum craft shows a series of work that has the risk of injury. UKM Aluminum Correct Handicraft Correct in Bantul, Yogyakarta, untouched in the manufacture of household appliance such as wok as its output. SMEs are divided into several work processes, namely smelting, printing, pengikiran, lathe, brand attachment, and packing. From the results of preliminary observations, the problems encountered in the production process are with potential ergonomic hazard (ergonomic hazard). The posture and work area (less) are less ergonomic as well. The purpose of this study is the prevention of ergonomic hazards, especially with the analysis of work postures that can cause the risk of injury. The results of the work posture category on SME aluminum casting on operators 1 and 2 enter the acceleration category level 3 which requires immediate examination, while operator 3 enters in action level 2 (continued). Terms of repair work system on aluminum cast aluminum that is by changing the work station from work station stands to work station sitting stand at work station finishing and also add chair and table at work of thinking. Also note the stretching and periodic rest.

Abstract

The demographics of an organization have a positive influence on organizational commitmentthat ultimately affects the performance of an organization. The absence of such information will result in significant lack of essential information for management in organizational optimization The following journals explain the implementation of SAP ERP in making an organization demographic report, where the use of the software can bypass the drafting process which initially requires a long process and long time (average time 30 minutes) becomes a short process (average time less than 1 minute) or there is a 30x acceleration of time. In addition, there are also benefits of real time output from the hassle of organizational demography. Increasing the speed of report preparation shows that SAP ERP provides great benefits for the organization in running its business processes.

Abstract

Digitalisasi dalam berbagai bidang secara umum telah diakui sebagai salah satu akselerator dalam pembangunan perekonomian di Indonesia, termasuk bagi usaha kecil, dan menengah (UKM). Salah satu bidang yang melakukan transformasi secara masif seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi adalah bidang pemasaran. Strategi pemasaran digital atau digital marketing menggunakan media seperti situs web, media sosial, basis data, maupun digital audio & video, banyak dilakukan untuk menjangkau pelanggan secara lebih luas. Penggunaan media digital memberikan banyak manfaat untuk UKM, termasuk menciptakan afinitas merek dan brand awareness. Pengoptimalan penggunaan media digital untuk meningkatkan brand awareness produk bambu dalam pengabdian ini akan dilakukan dengan pengadaan pelatihan teoritis, pelatihan praktek secara langsung, dan proses evaluasi dan monitoring. Berdasarkan pelaksanaan strategi E-Commerce dalam meningkatkan produktivitas UKM sentra industri bambu CV. Setia Karya, penerapan strategi pemasaran melalui Whatsapp Business dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan ini memberikan dampak positif yaitu peningkatan pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam bidang strategi E-Commerce guna meningkatkan penjualan produk. CV. Setia Karya sudah bisa mengambil foto produk yang menarik, melakukan editing foto dengan menambahkan watermark dan juga mengunggah produk dalam katalog pada Whatsapp Business. CV. Setia Karya bisa memberikan informasi ke konsumen dengan lebih efisien menggunakan fitur katalog yang memuat informasi berupa foto produk, deskripsi dan harga produk.
