Abstract

ABSTRACTThe right to copyright is automatic, ie once a creature is born or after the manifestation of an idea into a tangible form without requiring a certain formality, unlike industrial property rights, the emergence of the right to be with a certain formality that is music or songs that have been created someone. Relate in fact, very well be required for the protection of creative works of music and song therefore it is necessary to know more about the application of the provisions of the Copyright protection Copyright particularly concerning copyrighted works of music and song in the house karaoke businesses as well as the license is required as a contract. The license must be realized in the form of a contract, therefore each party has the right to set things he wanted.            The method used is normatf juridical approach, meaning an approach which is done by examining the secondary data or library materials. The research method is descriptive method of analysis done, which describes the protection of Copyright in the use of copyrighted works of music and song. Data used in the study include, namely primary data by means of direct interview to the informant mapun indirectly related to research studies ang secondary data namely review of literature or Library Research.            Based on this research, iti turns out that not all of this license agreement is made in a letter written agreement or deed, such agreements generally. System agreement with a deed to the agreement, only used by the creators who already have a name and often a song litle track. For creators who wa unknown or they are new, usually just wear receipt receipt only. Legal protection given to the rights of the creator or copyright holder in the license agreement on the implementation of this song is basing the existing provisions in the Act Copyright Act No. 28 Year 2014.            Keywords : Copyright, Music, Lissenced.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe growth of modern stores, especially minimarket type, recently has grown up not only in big cities but also in a town. Since the distance between traditional retail and the minimarket in in a same range of services, it will influence the community preferences in determining a place to shop. The purpose of this study is to investigate the characteristics of traditional retail and minimarket, public perception and preference towards them, and also to understand the effect of the minimarket existence to the traditional retail associated with a range of services. This study uses many method of research such as IPA, crosstab, modern retail’s impactsanalysis, and service coverage overlay. Each trading facilities, both traditional and modern retail has their advantages and disavantages based on the variables assessed by the consumer. There is a changes of trend in shopping destination selection preferences before and after the expansion of minimarket. District. Based on the rangeg of services, it is known that the greater service range of minimarket, it will effect to the much more traditional retail that is influence by the range of services. One of minimarket in the region Blimbing District has effected to the four traditional stores surrounding them, with an average of 57.29% friction. Based on the result from his research, when the traditional retail is near from minimarket, the biggest effect is on consumer whocome in every each day. Keyword: Impact, Traditional retail, Mnimarket, Range of service

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic which is also endemic in the city of Cirebon has caused enormous losses in various sectors. The company gave the reason that this happened because of the Force Majuere effect of the Covid-19 pandemic. In the end, they were laid off only with a certificate obtained from the hotel without any clarity from the company in the letter when they would return to work, and the rights they obtained. In this study, the author uses a normative juridical approach, namely the approach method through the applicable legislation and is used as prime legal material data. Then proceed with the collection of secondary legal material data obtained from literature studies in the form of law books, legal journals, and other literacy related to the core of this research. As well as tertiary legal materials obtained from legal dictionaries, Indonesian dictionaries, and other dictionaries. The results of the study using the above method indicate that: (1) There is an employment relationship, workers who are laid off are still entitled to a complete certificate containing how long they have been laid off, the amount of wages received, the rights obtained must be listed in accordance with there is an element of a written agreement for legal certainty, (2) laid-off workers are still entitled to their full rights because the company experiencing the impact is included in the category of relative force majeure. Then the company can apply for a wage deferral.
