Abstract

Abstrak maka diperoleh nilai sample adalah 254 mahasiswa semester 6,4, dan 2.Fenomena yang saya teliti dimana minat mahasisa dalam mempelajari ilmu akuntansi setelah proses pembelajaran di jurusan akuntansi syariah. adalah cukup baik ,dengan rincian sebagai berikut: mahasiswa yang berminat ilmu akutansi syariah sebanyak 65 % .dan mahasiswa yang tidak berminat sebanyak 35%.Dan Factor yang digunakan untuk mengungkap minat mahasiswa dalam mempelajari ilmu akuntansi di jurusan akuntansi syariah terdiri dari Faktor internal yang dapat mempengaruhi minat antara lain :mahasiswa berminat pelajaran ilmu akutansi syariah berasal kesukaan dari diri sendiri ( The Factor Inner Urge ) sebanyak 75% sedangkan tidak berminat 25%. Mereka tidak berminat karena dipengaruhi oleh kepribadiaanya sendiri..Dan mahasiswa berminat pelajaran ilmu akutansi syariah karena memang selalu menemukan kesulitan di lapangan kerja (magang) sehingga terpacu untuk mempelajari dan mengembangkan pengetahuannya (Emosional Factor) sebanyak 63% .,sedangkan tidak berminat sebanyak 37 % . Keadaan tidak berminat dipengaruhi oleh:Jarang ada buku panduan plus latihan , bingung memahami pelajaran,sulit memahami pelajaran. Dan tidak mengikuti bimbingan les,Faktor eksternal yang dapat mempengaruhi minat antara lain :mahasiswa berminat pelajaran ilmu akutansi syariah berdasarkan motif social (The Factor Of Social Motive) yaitu karena ingin berprestasi dan senang kerja kelompok sebanyak 56 %. sedangkan yang tidak berminat 44% , Faktor ini dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya kedisiplinan.Abstrack then obtained the value of the sample is 254 students of semester 6.4, and 2. And Factor used to uncover the student's interest in studying the science of accounting in the Sharia accounting department consists of internal factors that can affect interest, among others: students interested in Islamic literacy lessons derived from self (The Factor Inner Urge) as much as 75% while not interested 25%. They were not interested because they were influenced by his own personality. And students interested in Islamic literacy lessons because it always finds difficulties in employment (internship) so it is encouraged to learn and develop his knowledge (emotional Factor) as much as 63%., while not interested as much as 37%. Circumstances are not interested in being influenced by: Rarely have a guide book plus exercises, confused understanding lessons, difficult to understand lessons. And do not follow the guidance of tutoring, external factors that can affect interest, among others: students interested in Islamic literacy lessons based on social motives (The Factor Of Social Motive) is because it wants to excel and happy group work as much as 56%. While not interested 44%, this factor is influenced by a lack of discipline.

Abstract

To improve the kesejateraan of the community, the Government makes the partnership and community development program (PKBL) one of them performed by the PTPN XIV IV (Persero) Field which is part State-owned enterprises (SOEs). Basic rules implemented PKBL Minister of BUMN No Per-02/MBU/7/2017 Ministerial Regulation on Amendment No. Per 09/MBU/07/2015 which stated intents and purposes the establishment of STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES not only pursue profits but undertook to actively provide guidance and assistance to entrepreneurs the weak economy, cooperatives, and communities. The goal in this research is to know the PKBL program implemented PTPN XIV IV (Persero) Field in improving the welfare of society and to find out Why going delinquent installment loans given by the partnership for the activities of SMES. The method used is the representation of the data that comes from a phenomenon faced by the company, and in the analysis by using the approach through an existing theory – theory, namely the decision of the Minister of STATE-OWNED ENTERPRISES, and rare – langkanya is doing the collection with regard to the programme of PKBL, conduct interviews directly and spread sheet observations to parts of PKBL and some people are getting help. The occurrence of a delinquent installment loans that are administered by the partnership for SME activities because there is still I'tikad less laudable than assisted SMEs to afford the repayments, there is a factor of the economy, lack of innovation, the existence of competition between businesses, simply make a new business license, and a factor in the death. Move made to resolve it by way of Monitoring, Reconditioning, Rescheduling, Restructuring.

Abstract

Sharia pawnshops include non-bank financial institutions that are present in Indonesia in the form of syariah bank cooperation with Perum Pegadaian, then forming Sharia Pawn Service Units in several cities in Indonesia. Sharia pawning products are Rahn, Rahn Hasan, Rahn Tasjily Tanah, ArRum Emas, ArRum Haji, Mulia, ArRum BPKB, Amanah. Marketing strategy is an integrated plan to market a merchandise to the community. This research aims to first, find out how many customers in 2016, 2017 and 2018 who used EmasKu products; second, the marketing strategy carried out by PT Pegadaian Syariah Setia Budi Branch of Pegadaian; and third, knowing the obstacles experienced by PT Pegadaian Syariah Setia Budi Branch of Pegadaian. This research is a field research with a qualitative descriptive research method. The data collection technique was done by interviewing and collecting data. The object of the research is a non-bank financial institution, namely a pawnshop with a sharia system, namely PT Pegadaian Syariah Setia Budi Branch of Pegadaian. The results showed that the number of customers at PT Pegadaian Syariah Setia Budi Pegadaian Branch who used EmasKu products in 2016, 2017, 2018 amounted to 8 customers, 35 customers and 25 customers, although the number of customers each year continues to increase, the marketing strategy implemented by PT Setia Budi Sharia Pegadaian Branch, among others, applies the 4P principle, namely Product, Price, Place (Distribution or Place), and Promotion (Promotion), PT Pegadaian Syariah Setia Budi Pegadaian Branch experienced obstacles in implementing its marketing strategy, namely the existence of competitors who are Islamic financial institutions that have similar products.
