The objective of this research is to determine the income contribution of coconut farming on total farmer income at Tanjung Jabung Barat District, Jambi Province. Survey method was used that completed by descriptif analization. It took 15% sample so there are 73 samples (481 populations) that taken by combaining stratified random sampling and two stage random sampling. The result of this research showed that the total fixed cost was Rp.4.888/month while the total variable cost was . So that the total production cost was Rp. 551.796/month. Meanwhile the average revenue of coconut farming was Rp. 2.463.388/month, so that the average income received from coconut farming was Rp. 1.911.592/month. .the income outside of coconut farming was Rp. 4.546.575/month. Accordingly the last information showed that income contribution of coconut farming on the total farmer income was 42%.Key word : Coconut farming, contribution, income.

The research was conducted inthepineapple agro-based Tangkit Baru, JambiCity could”CV. Tuli Mario”. It was held to analyze the impact of industry package onthe selling product of this agroindustry.The Chi-Square Testwas applyied as an instrument in this research.The result of the researchshowedthatthere was significantly distinguish of the numbers of the selling product on this pineapple agro-based Industry despite of the packaging become different. The average number of selling product was indicated decrease from 1.003 units go down by 731 units. It was likely caused by the preferencychanging of the costumers. In the other hand it was probability caused by high number of its subtitution products.Keyword : pineapple, agroindustry, package

The objective of this research is to know the latest ten years description and the differenceinvolving the contribution of estate sub-sector toward to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Jambi Province, the estate prime commodities potential. Literature study method was used that completed by descriptif analization. The result of this research showed that in the latest ten years indicated that there was an increasing contribution of estate sub-sector toward to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) in Jambi Province, although there wa a little deceasing in 2008. the average of rubber land area (646,707 H) was bigger than palm oil one (514,065 H). the average og rubber productivity (5,7%) was lower then the palm oil (0,75%). the average rubber annually was 803 kg/H lower than that I Malaysia (1,3 ton/ha) dan Thailand (1,9 ton/ha). the palm oil productivity was 3,341 ton /H was still below the ideal productivity (6 ton/H). the last showed that the production growth of oil palm (6% per year) was higher than rubber (3% per year). Beside there was a significant deference among the latest ten year contribution, with a note the its average was 14,3 per year.Key word : Contribution, potential, Rubber, Oil Palm

The research was applied in the Agroforward Auction Market that conducted at Jambi Province. It was held in order to find the description of some variables i.e. the perception of the market participants and their attitude toward to this market system.The snow ball sampling technic was applied to find 25 samples and it is completed by applying the Chi-Square Test as analysis instrument in this research.The result of the research showed that this market participants has a good perception (76%) and positif attitude toward to Agroforward Auction Market (76%). Beside there were significantly relationship between their perception on this market system and their attitude toward to this agroforward auction market system.Key word : agroforward, auction.Market.

The aim of this research is to analize impact of pandemic covid 19 to food crop sub-sector at Jambi Province. This research was using descriptive metodology. Using time series data from 2019 until 2020. The selection of locations in this study is purpossive with the consideration that Jambi Province has great potential in producing food crops., the results showed that pandemic Covid-19 did not have a direct impact on the exchange rate of farmers of the food crop sub-sector in Jambi Province but had an impact on the development of the Price Index Received by Farmers (IT) and the Farmers' Paid Price Index (IB) of the Jambi Province Food Crop Sub-Sector.
