Abstract

This research is a study at a private company in Surabaya and Sidoarjo which has appliedinformation technology in carrying out their business operational. The primary purpose of thisresearch is to analyze the influence of information technology performance to the quality ofinformation system. This research gives managerial implication of steps which should be taken by acompany which applies information technology in order to improve information technologyperformance so it will generate a better quality of information system.The population in this research is companies which apply information technology in carryingout their business operational which are located in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. 4 (four) companies are usedas samples in this research. As much as 150 people who come from these 4 companies are taken assamples, with the criteria as the users of information technology i.e. the business employees which theinformation system is built for them. Only as much as 140 samples can be processed as the data, itmeans that only 93% of the total samples areappropriate to be used as data. The suitability of theserespondents’ answering data are analyzed by using research models which are developed fromtheoretical mind frame by using SEM confirmatory analysis.It can be seen from the result of data analysis that hypothesis is accepted, it indicates that theperformance of information technology has positive influence to the information system quality whichis generated by the information technology. Plan and Organize, Acquire and Implement, Delivery andSupport, and Monitor and Evaluate variables are the performance of information technology indicatorwhich is capable to form a good model.Keywords : Information Technology Performance, Information System Quality, Plan andOrganize, Acquire and Implement, Delivery and Support, and Monitor andEvaluate.

Abstract

Abstract: Lower Back Pain (NPB) or Low Back Pain (LBP), VAS, Acupuncture Therapy, Healing Effect. Previous studies of acupuncture for low back pain were conducted. In this study, the researcher used a combination of BL 23. BL 40 and BL 23, KI 3. This study is aimed to determine the effectiveness of the combination of BL 23. BL 40 and BL 23, KI 3 for recovery low back pain. This study is done during March until May 2015 at Posyandu Lansia Klodran and Bendo Colomadu Karanganyar. This is a quasy experiment research with pre-test and post-test. Thirty subject studies were divided into two groups were treated combination of BL 23. BL 40 in the first group and BL 23, KI 3 in the second group. This treatment was conducted for 10 times. VAS was done before and after 10th therapy. The data obtained thus were analyzed using the Mann-Whitney test. Twenty-nine out of thirty subjects experienced decrease their VAS only one subject did not show any alteration. The average value of VAS decrease is 3.03. Acupuncture therapy with a combination of BL 23. BL 40 and BL 23, KI 3 has been shown that there are no differences between two groups (p>0.05)

Abstract

Abstract:Acupuncture Jin's 3 Needle for knee pain. Knee pain is a disorder of the musculoskeletal system include the patella bone, knee joints, and soft tissue (blood vessels, nerves, ligaments, muscles, and tendons). Knee pain is a painful disease that is often complained of by parents, adults, and children. In general, knee pain can occur immediately after trauma and may be due to degenerative factors or conditions caused by osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and gout. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2008,it is known that knee pain suffered by 151 million people around the world who occupy the sixth position causes mild motion obstacles to heavy movement obstacles. Therefore knee pain needs to get special treatment to overcome the complaints of pain. One of the handling quite effective to lower the pain scale is to use acupuncture therapy. This research is research pre-experimental design One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design with a sample of 17 residents of the village Ngargorejo village of Sidorejo Subdistrict Ngemplak Boyolali which meet the criteria of inclusion. Statistical tests using univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. In bivariate analysis use the wilcoxon test. Research results acupuncture therapy Jin's 3 Needle affects the decrease of pain scale in knee pain patients with p-value statistic test result 0,000 (p < 0,05) where H0 is rejected and Ha accepted.
