Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan yang bersifat obyektif, sistematis, analitis, dan deskriptif. Penjaminan mutu bertujuan memelihara dan meningkatkan mutu pendidikan tinggi secara berkelanjutan, yang dijalankan secara internal untuk mewujudkan visi dan misi Perguruan Tinggi, serta untuk memenuhi kebutuhan stakeholders melalui penyelenggaraan  tridharma perguruan tinggi. Abstract

Abstract

Dalam suatu perusahaan, penjualan adalah kegiatan yang penting, karena dengan adanya penjualan tersebut maka akan diketahui volume penjualan dan keuntungan yang diperoleh untuk menjaga kelangsungan hidup perusahaan.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data deskriptif, yaitu metode penganalisa data dengan cara mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, serta menafsirkan data yang memberikan gambaran objek yang diteliti. sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data skunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari bagian marketing di PT. Sejaterah Lestari Abadi Medan berupa dokumen dan data lainnya seperti data penjualan marketing dan data agenda promosi penjualan tahun 2011 sampai 2014.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat dikesimpulkan bahwa belum memaksimalnya pelaksanaan bauran promosi yang dijalankan oleh perusahaan, dimana kurang optimalnya promosi yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan, serta masih kurang luasnya penyebaran produk ke konsumen. Disisi lain banyaknya bermunculan produk sejenis yang menetapkan harga lebih murah serta memasuki pasaran dan wilayahnya yang cukup luas sehingga dengan keadaan yang ada tersebut cukup menyulitkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan. Kata kunci       : Bauran Promosi, Volume Penjualan

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini  diawali dengan adanya fenomena yang terjadi pada mahasiswa, dimana hasil belajar akuntansi khususnya dalam menyusun laporan keuangan menunjukkan hasil yang belum memuaskan, terutama dalam hal melakukan pencatatan aktivitas ekonomi pada perusahaan. Salah satu dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan perlu dilakukan adalah  pencatatan yaitu proses menjurnal, Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terdahulu hasil belajar dalam kompentensi pencatan dalam jurnal umum hasil belajarnya menunjukkan 31 %, dan dalam melakukan pencatan dalam jurnal penyesuaian 26 % , setelah diamati maka kurangnya hasil belajar tersebut disebabkan anak kurang mampu menetapkan akun debit dan akun kredit.Dalam penelitian ini untuk mengatasi solusi tersebut maka dirasa perlu untuk memberikan lembar kerja mahasiswa agar mahasiswa dapat melatih dirinya mengerjakan soal-soal akuntansi melalui model pembelajaran word square. Model pembelajaran word Square adalah model pembelajaran yang sangat menyenangkan dimana sianak asyik mengarsir kata-kata perkata melalui nama-nama akun yang sudah disusun sedemikian rupa. Huruf-huruf  dalam pembelajaran word square tersebut adalah huruf-huruf yang berhubungan dengan akun laporan keuangan. Melalui lembar kerja mahasiswa ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Dalam penelitian ini, peneliti melakukan pembelajaran dengan model word square , dan menggunakan strategi pembelajaran antara lain adalah  strategi Learning Stars With a Quation. Dimana dalam strategi ini setiap masalah diawali dengan pertanyaan. Pertanyaan merupakan suatu motivasi dalam pembelajaran, dan selain dari pada itu untuk mengkolaborasikan peneliti menggunakan metode drill yaitu mahasiswa diwajibkan untuk mengerjakan tuugas-tugas akuntansinya. Untuk mengamati aktivitas anak dalam belajar peneliti dalam hal ini menyediakan lembar observasi yang berisikan pengamatan mengenai aktivitas-aktivitas dalam hal bertanya, mengerjakan latihan-latihan akuntansi, dan antusias dalam mengikuti pelaajaran. Serta keaktifan dalam bekerja dalam kelompoknya. Pengolahan data hasil belajar  dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode persentase dari persentase tersebut lalu dianalisis untuk mengambil sebuah kesimpulan. Setelah dilakukan penelitian ada peningkatan hasil belajar sebelum diberlakukan pembelajaraan wordsquare dan setelah pembelajaran wordsquare yaitu hasil belajar 90 s/d 100 ada kenaikan 25% dan hasil belajar 70 s/d 80 ada kenaikan 42,5%. Abstract

This research has a fundamental objective, which is to identify and analyze the influential factors on teacher performance within an educational context. The methodology employed in this study is a quantitative approach, aimed at collecting measurable data for statistical analysis. The research was conducted in the Sosopan Subdistrict, Padang Lawas District, with a focus on public schools. The studied population encompassed all teachers in the Elementary Public Schools (SDN) within the area, with a sample size of 129 teachers participating. To ensure the validity of the utilized instruments, a validity test was conducted using the Product Moment formula, while the instrument's reliability was examined through the Cronbach's Alpha formula. The findings of this research reveal that the main factors influencing teacher performance in the SDN of Sosopan Subdistrict are work culture, job satisfaction, and work motivation. Through multiple regression analysis, it becomes evident that these factors bear a significant relationship with teacher performance. This underscores the importance of a positive working environment, adequate satisfaction levels, and high motivational drive in enhancing the performance of teachers within the educational milieu. These findings offer valuable insights for the development of strategies and policies aimed at improving the quality of education in local schools.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to conduct a thorough investigation and analysis of the profound impact of two primary factors on consumer purchase intention in adopting the Grab online transportation service. The research took place within the premises of Universitas Negeri Medan and involved 169 students as the primary subjects. Data collection employed a questionnaire with a five-point scale to uncover consumer perceptions and preferences. The sampling technique utilized was proportional random sampling, ensuring the sample represented the population variations among students. Before widespread use, the questionnaire instrument underwent pilot testing on respondents outside the sample to measure its validity and reliability, ensuring the precision and dependability of the measurement tool. Instrument validity was assessed through the Product Moment correlation method, while reliability was tested via the calculation of Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. Preceding hypothesis testing, several prerequisite analyses were conducted, including data normality testing to ensure the data used in analysis adhered to appropriate distribution, and regression linearity testing to examine the linearity of relationships between variables. The findings of the study indicate that, firstly, sales promotion strategies have a significant positive impact on consumer purchase intention towards the Grab online transportation service. Secondly, service quality also possesses a robust positive influence on consumer purchase intention. By endorsing the proposed hypotheses, this research successfully formulated a robust theoretical model, delineating the framework of causal relationships between sales promotion, service quality, and consumer purchase intention in the context of utilizing the Grab online transportation service within the Universitas Negeri Medan environment. These findings offer valuable insights into the factors shaping consumer preferences and behaviors in selecting online transportation services

Abstract

This study discusses the success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in Medan City. The purpose of this research focuses on the process of innovation that mediates the success of SMEs. The success of SMEs is tested by involving Entrepreneurial Competency Factors and Environment-mediated Business Innovation. This study took the population of MSME actors in Medan City with a sample of 100 respondents. The data obtained were analyzed by means of quantitative data analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method. The research results showed that Innovation mediates the effect of Entrepreneurial Competence on the success of MSMEs in Medan City, and Innovation mediates the Effects of the Business Environment on the success of MSMEs.

Abstract
