Abstract

Pada umumnya persediaan bahan baku dan peramalan hasil produksi di suatu perusahaan memang sangat penting, penelitian ini dilakukan di CV. Mutiara Prima Bakery, Dusun Sabuk, Gunungsari, Jatisrono, Wonogiri, Jawa Tengah, yang memproduksi roti besar dan roti kecil, dengan menggunakan bahan baku tepung terigu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persediaan bahan baku yang optimal untuk satu tahun terakhir dan mengetahui hasil peramalan produksi roti besar dan roti kecil untuk tahap berikutnya, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung persediaan bahan baku adalah metode EOQ dan yang untuk menghitung peramalan produksi yaitu metode MA dan metode Exponential Smoothing. Dari hasil perhitungan CV. Mutiara Prima Bakery perlu melakukan pemesanan sebanyak 16 kali dalam setahun, dengan masing masing pemesanan sebanyak 92 sak tepung terigu. Total biaya persediaan yang optimal adalah sebesar Rp. 5,028,051.00 Kemudian untuk hasil peramalan produksi pada 2 minggu selanjutnya untuk roti besar sebesar 6,696.667 pcs dan untuk roti kecil sebesar 31,169.7 pcs. Jadi kesimpulannya CV. Mutiara Prima Bakery diharapkan menggunakan metode EOQ dalam menghitung persediaan bahan baku tepung terigu, dan memprediksi jumlah roti yang akan di produksi.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul: Analisis Karakteristik Penyebab Kesuksesan Produk Shampo Anti Ketombe ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Produk Shampo Anti Ketombe yang dijadikan obyek penelitian adalah Pantene, Sunslik, Dove, Lifebuoy, dan Clear. Indikator yang digunakan untuk mengetahui produk shampo anti ketombe yang sukses dengan menggunakan data market share. Karakteristik produk yang dinilai adalah berdasarkan faktor produk, service, communication, dan time to market. Untuk menentukan produk sukses berdasarkan data market share dengan menggunakan diagram pareto, dengan ketentuan yang masuk dalam 80% diagram pareto. Dari analisis dengan menggunakan diagram pareto dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produk sukses shampo anti ketombe di Sukoharjo adalah produk shampo anti ketombe Pantene, Sunlik, Dove, Lifebuoy dan Clear. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan terhadap ke-lima produk shampoo anti ketombe dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa produk shampoo anti ketombe yang sukses di Sukoharjo adalah shampoo Pantene karena pada karakteristik produk faktor produk dan service memiliki skor tertinggi, sedangkan communication dan time to market skor tertinggi adalah produk shampoo anti ketombe Lifebuoy.

Abstract

PT Empat Jaya Perkasa Garmen is a company located in Bendungan, Kebayanan Jetis, Pilangsari, Kec. Ngrampal, Sragen Regency, Central Java 57252, operates in the garment industry and its production system is based on make to order. High consumer demand causes the production process to increase. This also affects warehouse management activities. Storage conditions and arrangement of goods that are carried out randomly and irregularly will result in the accumulation of goods or mixing of goods in one rack slot. So, this condition will result in a longer search time. This study discusses improving warehouse layout and arranging goods using the Class Based Storage method for process-focused manufacturing or service facilities. The research was carried out by examining products in the accessories warehouse with the aim of finding out the layout of goods in the accessories warehouse, to fulfill the need for searching for goods accurately by looking for the causes of irregular placement and arrangement of goods, then creating a layout of goods in the accessories warehouse. The arrangement of goods is carried out based on the type of goods by means of one rack slot being used for one type of goods. So that the material handling process runs smoothly.

Abstract

PT Eight Jaya Perkasa Garmen is a company operating in the garment sector from Sragen, the products produced are trousers, shorts, shirts, suits, uniforms and so on. The problem that emerged at PT Empat Jaya Perkasa Garmen was the late supply of raw materials. Delays in the supply of raw materials result in the production process stopping. Control of raw materials is a solution to overcome this problem. Raw material inventory control is expected to be able to control raw materials so that the production process does not stop. The inventory costs incurred by PT Empat Jaya Perkasa Garmen for the procurement of raw materials can also be said to be quite high, this occurs because the purchase of raw material supplies is only based on habit. Therefore, in purchasing raw material procurement, you must first determine the raw material procurement policy using inventory models that are appropriate to the problems that are first analyzed using the EOQ method. This research aims to determine the raw material inventory control carried out by PT Empat Jaya Perkasa Garmen, and to find out how the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) method can increase the efficiency of raw material inventory costs. From the results of calculations that have been carried out by comparing current policies in force. in companies using the EOQ method, it can be concluded that using the EOQ method the results are more efficient. This can be seen by the average purchase amount of 257,608 yards per order with a total order of 12 times a year and inventory costs of IDR 21,286,432, whereas when using the EOQ method the number of orders is 1,142,158.88 yards with a number of orders of 3 times a year. The total costs incurred are IDR 9,137,271.06. To anticipate undesirable things related to raw material supplies, the EOQ method advises the company to provide a safety stock of 14,781.36 yards and order materials again when the raw materials total 12,880.4 yards.

Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (UMKM) Are one of the most important parts of the Indonesian economy. Barbershop or barbershop business is one of the UMKM that is growing quite rapidly. Service quality is an important factor in determining whether or not consumers are satisfied. There are several factors that affect customer satisfaction at the barbershop. Namely service quality using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method and service quality using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method. This study aims to determine whether there is an influence of service quality using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) methods on consumer satisfaction in barbershop SMEs in Sragen. The variables used in research II are Quality of Service using the Importance Performance Analysis method (X1), Quality of service using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method (X2) and Consumer Satisfaction (Y). This study used a purposive sampling technique used to collect quantitative data. The data used in this study are primary data using questionnaire data on MSME actors which are then analyzed using the SPSS software application version 26.0. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results show that the average conformity level is 104% with a range of values that are in the range of 92% to 123%. The attribute that has a value of 92% is the addition of lighting in the barbershop area and the attribute that has a value of 123% is a chair for a comfortable haircut. That the result of calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) for the quality of service and services of Something Barbershop Sragen is 77.36%. The satisfaction index is in the range of 66-80% which means that overall consumers are satisfied with the quality of service at Something Barbershop Sragen.
