Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the extent of the influence and relationship-type learning model number head together and lecture method terhaadap learning outcomes xi classes in accounting subjects in SMAN 6 Jambi. Design of this study using an experimental research approach, the sample in this study amounted to 83 students in SMAN 6 Jambi. with a data-processing technique using the formula average. The results showed that the learning outcomes of students in the control classes using methods lectures on the subjects of Accounting at SMAN 6 Jambi are in scores of 87.5. The results of students in class experiments using model types Number Head Together on the subjects of Accounting at SMAN 6 Jambi currently on scores 92.5. Judging from the comparison the control class that is 87.5> 92.5 with a difference of 5.0 points in the experimental class. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of NHT method was found to increase student learning outcomes in accounting subjects in SMAN 6 Jambi.Keyword : Number Head Together, Methods of Teaching, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal leadership and the teacher competence consisting of pedagogic competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence on the performance of teachers in SMK City of Jambi. The population in this study was the teacher of existing productive fields in the SMK City of Jambi totaling 136 people. By using proportional random sampling technique analysis, the obtained of samples with the number of teachers is 94. The method of analysis used is path analysis, where the data acquisition is done through questionnaires, interviews, and literature as a reference for this study. The results showed that the influences of positive and significant the principal leadership and the teacher competence on performance of teachers in the productive field of SMK City of Jambi.   Keyword : Principal Leadership, Teacher Competence, Performance of Teacher.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find : Influence of professionalism and personality toward quality of teacher accordance with simultanously in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town. From the simultaously statistical variable, the result from the two test of independent variable were influentally the quality of teacher has proven to be is the personality had the dominant influentally toward quality of teacher in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town. At last, the character has to be firm is the personality were the biggest variable for the quality of teacher determine in SMK Unggul Sakti Jambi town.Keyword: Professionalism, Personality, Quality, Teacher, Student.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran menata produk bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah para siswa keahlian pemasaran SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi yang berjumlah 191, dan dengan menggunakan teknik analisis proportional random sampling, diperoleh sampel sejumlah 130 siswa. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur, dimana perolehan data didapat melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi sebagai referensi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan pola asuh otoritatif orang tua dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa bidang manajemen di SMK Unggul Sakti Kota Jambi.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know the picture, the influence and the comparison between the use of the learning model of scramble and the probing promting on the result of student learning of class IX on IPS subjects in SMP Negeri 6 Kota Jambi. The research design used is quantitative research with quasi experimental method. Based on the result of research, it can be concluded that there is a comparison of the acquisition of student learning outcomes by using the model of learning scramble and probing promting. Where, student learning outcomes using probing promting learning model is superior because students feel more challenged and courageous and confident to express their own opinions based on their own assumptions. Keyword : Learning Model, Scramble, Probing Promting, Learning Outcomes.
