Abstract

The purpose of this study was determine the effect of macro economics are inflation, interest rate, unemployment and growth of economics in Indonesia. This data used are time series data from 2000 – 2018 per semester. The amount of adjusted R square is 0,51026 = 51,026% which means that independent variables can explain changes in economics growth variables of 51,026% while the rest of 48,974% explained by other factors in this study. This research shows only interest rate and unemployment variables influence significantly to economics of growth and inflation is no influence significantly to economics of growth in Indonesia with multiple linier regression equation Y = -1,80733 – 0,18059X1 + 0,14194X2 + 1,26385 X3 + e.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness and efficiency ratios of local taxation, local user fees and the ratio of their contribution to the PAD of Bukittinggi in 2014 - 2018. The research data were time series data (secondary data) collected through library research and analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed the ratio of the effectiveness of the average local tax and the ratio of the average efficiency of the local tax of Bukittinggi 98.86% (classified as effective and efficient). The ratio of the effectiveness of the average regional retribution and the ratio of the average efficiency of the regional levy of the city of Bukittinggi 108.91% (classified as very effective and very efficient). The ratio of the average contribution of local taxes to the Bukittinggi municipal PAD 42.58% (quite good) and the ratio of the average contribution of the regional levies to the Bukittinggi city PAD 28.10% (classified as moderate). ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui rasio efektifitas dan rasio efisiensi pajak daerah, retribusi daerah dan rasio kontribusinya terhadap PAD kota Bukittinggi tahun 2014 – 2018. Data penelitian berupa data time series (data sekunder) dikumpulkan melalui library research dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan rasio efektifitas rata-rata pajak daerah dan rasio efisiensi rata-rata pajak daerah kota Bukittinggi 98.86% (kategori efektif dan efisien). Rasio efektifitas rata-rata retribusi daerah dan rasio efisiensi rata-rata retribusi daerah kota Bukittinggi 108.91% (tergolong sangat efektif dan sangat efisien). Rasio kontribusi rata-rata pajak daerah terhadap PAD kota Bukittinggi 42.58% (cukup baik) dan rasio kontribusi rata-rata retribusi daerah terhadap PAD kota Bukittinggi 28.10% (sedang).

Abstract

The research objective was to examine the turnover of UMKM in the city of Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic in terms of various internal and external factors. The research method uses an associative method with a quantitative approach. The study population was 371 UMKM and a sample of 193 UMKM were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with field research, interviews, observation and questionnaires. Before the data is processed, the instrument test and classical assumption are tested on all research variables. It turns out that all these assumptions can be fulfilled. The result of multiple linear regression Y = 7.982.1 + 8.13X1 + 3.58X2 + 1.37 X3 - 6.41X4 - 7.52X5 + 2.73X6 - 5.26X7 + e. Hypothesis testing partially and simultaneously was carried out at a significance level of 5%. The test results of accountability, business climate and access have a significant negative effect on MSME turnover, while the variables of capital, human resources, law and infrastructure have a significant positive effect on MSME turnover in the city of Padang. Correlation of all internal and external factors with the turnover of MSMEs in the city of Padang is R = 0.534 and R2 = 0.286 and Adjusted R square = 0.238. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian mengkaji omset UMKM kota Padang saat pandemi covid 19 ditinjau dari berbagai faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Metode penelitian memakai metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian 371 UMKM dan sampel 193 UMKM diambil secara purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan field research, wawancara, observasi dan angket. Sebelum data diolah terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji instrumen dan uji asumsi klasik terhadap semua variabel penelitian ternyata semua asumsi tersebut dapat dipenuhi. Hasil regresi linier berganda Y = 7.982.1 + 8.13X1 + 3.58X2 + 1.37 X3 - 6.41X4 – 7.52X5 + 2.73X6 – 5.26X7 + e. Uji hipotesis secara parsial dan simultan dilakukan pada tingkat signifikansi 5%. Hasil ujinya akuntabilitas, ikim usaha dan akses berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap omset UMKM sedangkan variable modal, sumberdaya manusia, hukum dan infrastruktur berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap omset UMKM kota Padang. Korelasi semua faktor internal dan eksternal dengan omset UMKM kota Padang nilai R = 0.534 dan R2 = 0.286 serta Adjusted R square = 0.238.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the strategies used by culinary MSME players in the city of Padang during the Covid 19 pandemic in order to survive by paying attention to various internal and external factors of each MSME. The research method uses qualitative methods. Methods of data collection using field research, interviews, observation and documentation. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique as many as 193 out of 371 populations. Methods of data analysis using qualitative analysis methods. The results showed that the culinary MSME players in the city of Padang in order to survive the Covid 19 pandemic had used strategies to increase sales turnover by using digital marketing techniques through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and collaborating with Gofood and Grabfood. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi yang digunakan oleh para pelaku UMKM kuliner di kota Padang saat pandemi global covid 19 agar dapat bertahan dengan memperhatikan berbagai faktor internal dan faktor eksternal dari masing-masing UMKM. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode field research, wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 193 dari 371 populasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ternyata para pelaku UMKM kuliner di kota Padang agar dapat bertahan saat pandemi covid 19 sebagian telah menggunakan strategi untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dengan cara menggunakan teknik pemasaran digital melalui media sosial seperti instagram, facebook, whatshap serta bekerjasama dengan gofood dan grabfood.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to look at the effect of financial literacy and digital literacy on the turnover of culinary SMEs in Padang City during the covid 19 pandemic partially and simultaneously. The research method used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The research population was 371 samples, 193 were taken by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques with field research, interviews, observations and questionnaires. All research variables meet all instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The results of the multiple linear regression equation obtained Y = 1.657 + 0.539X1 + 0.723X2 + e. Testing the hypothesis partially and simultaneously at a significance level of 5% shows that financial literacy and digital literacy have a significant positive effect on the turnover of culinary SMEs in the city of Padang. The correlation between financial literacy and digital literacy with culinary SMEs turnover is 0.796 (strong), R2 = 0.633 and Adjusted R square = 0.625 ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian melihat pengaruhliterasi keuangan dan literasi digital terhadap omset UMKM kuliner kota Padang saat pandemic covid 19 secara parsial dan simultan. Metode penelitian memakai metode asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian 371sampel 193 diambil secara purposive sampling. Abstract

Competitiveness and halal certification of products also support the Indonesian economy. In Indonesia, the number of MSMEs reaches more than 64 million and their competitiveness is low and unable to compete locally and globally, than around 95.34% need halal certification services for food products. The purpose of this study is to describe the competitiveness and halal certification of food products in the culinary MSMEs of the city of Padang in order to increase sales turnover. The research method uses descriptive statistics with a qualitative approach. Population was 371 samples, 193 were taken by purposive sampling collected by observation and interviews. The method of data analysis was carried out with descriptive statistics. The results showed that MSME actors already knew about competitiveness as much as 48.70% and had made product innovations as much as 61.64% in the form of product quality as much as 32.79%. The performance of MSMEs to increase sales turnover is seen from the results of annual sales, there is no longer a maximum of one billion rupiah and the majority of business ownership is still independent as much as 53.36% and not to mention having product halal certification as much as 49.74% Abstrak Daya saing dan sertifikasi halal produk turut menopang perekonomian Indonesia dan mensejahterakan masyarakat dengan meningkatnya omset penjualan. Di Indonesia jumlah UMKM mencapai lebih dari 64 juta, daya saingnya tergolong rendah sehingga tidak mampu bersaing secara lokal dan global dan sekitar 95.34% perlu layanan sertifikasi halal produk pangan. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui gambaran daya saing dan sertifikasi halal produk pangan pada UMKM kuliner kota Padang guna meningkatkan omset penjualan. Metode penelitian menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Populasi penelitian 371 sampel 193 diambil secara purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data field research dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data dilakukan dengan statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku UMKM sudah mengetahui tentang daya saing sebanyak 48.70% dan sudah melakukan inovasi produk sebanyak 61.64% berupa kualitas produk sebanyak 32.79%. Kinerja UMKM untuk meningkatkan omset penjualan dilihat dari hasil penjualan tahunan belum ada lagi yang maksimum sebanyak Rp 1 milyar dan kepemilikan usaha mayoritas masih berdiri sendiri sebanyak 53.36% serta belum lagi memiliki sertifikasi halal produk sebanyak 49.74%.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to identify the leading sectors as the leading sector in the city of Padang, the capital city of West Sumatra province, using the Location Quotient (LQ) method. The research data is in the form of secondary data, the type of ratio data, namely the GDP of the city of Padang in 2017-2021 according to the field of business (sector) based on the 2010 ADHB base year. The research population is 12 districts and 7 cities in the province of West Sumatra and the sample is the city of Padang determined by the purposive sampling technique. Processing and analyzing data using quantitative descriptive statistics. Based on the LQ analysis, the city of Padang in 2021 has 11 categories of business fields as its leading sectors as follows: 1) processing industry, 2) water supply, waste management and recycling, 3) transportation and warehousing, 4) information and communication, 5) services finance and insurance, 6) real estate, 7) corporate services, 8) government administration, defense and social security, 9) education services, 10) health services and social activities, 11) other services. Of the 11 categories of business fields, the company service sector has the highest LQ value as the leading sector with the largest contribution to GRDP. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian identifikasi sektor-sektor unggulan sebagai leading sector kota Padang ibu kota provinsi Sumatera Barat menggunakan metode Location Quotient (LQ). Data penelitian berupa data sekunder jenis data rasio yakni PDB kota Padang tahun 2017 – 2021 menurut lapangan usaha (sektor) berdasarkan ADHB tahun dasar 2010. Populasi penelitian 12 kabupaten dan 7 kota di provinsi Sumatera Barat serta sampelnya kota Padang ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sanpling. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Berdasarkan analisis LQ kota Padang tahun 2021 mempunyai 11 kategori lapangan usaha sebagai sektor unggulannya sebagai berikut : 1) industri pengolahan, 2) pengadaan air, pengelolaan sampah limbah dan daur ulang, 3) transportasi dan pergudangan, 4) informasi dan komunikasi, 5) jasa keuangan dan asuransi, 6) real estate, 7) jasa perusahaan, 8) administrasi pemerintahan, pertahanan dan jaminan sosial, 9) jasa pendidikan, 10) jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial, 11) jasa lainnya. Dari 11 kategori lapangan usaha tersebut sektor jasa perusahaan mempunyai nilai LQ paling tinggi sebagai sektor unggulan yang paling besar kontribusinya terhadap PDRB.

The research data comes from primary data in the form of a questionnaire given to the owners of culinary SMEs in the city of Padang. This research uses associative method with quantitative approach. The research population was 371 culinary SMEs in the city of Padang and samples were taken by purposive sampling 193 culinary SMEs. Collecting data using field research techniques, interviews, observations and questionnaires. All research variables meet all instrument tests and classical assumption tests. The research data was processed using inferential statistics with the results of multiple linear regression equations Y = 1.255 + 0.739X1 - 0.328X2 + 0.629X3 + 0.321X4 + 0.523X5 + 0.478X6 + 0.367X7 + 0.485X8 + e. Partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing at a significance level of 5% shows that business experience, fintech loan value, household financial liquidity, suitability of loan applications, suitability of business needs, usefulness of fintech and internet activities have a significant positive effect on the turnover of Padang culinary SMEs except the interest rate. fintech has a significant negative effect on the turnover of culinary SMEs in the city of Padang.
