Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Brand Image mengetahui Brand Trust mengetahui Brand Loyalty dan seberapa besar Pengaruh Brand Image dan Brand Trust Terhadap Brand Loyalty Nasabah Prudential Syariah pada PT.Futuristik Artha Gemilang Jakarta Selatan.Metode penelitian bersifat Deskriptif Assosiatif dengan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Nasabah Prudential Syariah PT.Futuristik Artha Gemilang Jakarta Selatan. Dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner dan teknik analisis data adalah Uji Validitas, Uji Reliabilitas, Uji Normalitas, Uji Heteroskedastisitas, Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji Hipotesis Parsial Koefisien (Uji t) dan Uji Hipotesis Parsial Koefisien (Uji f).Dari hasil olah data yang diperoleh uji t variabel Brand Image memiliki t hitung lebih kecil dari t tabel yaitu 0,369<2,051 dan nilai signifikasi 0,725>0,05 artinya variabel Brand Image tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty sedangkan Brand Trust memiliki angka t hitung lebih besar dari t tabel yaitu 9,479>2,051 dan nilai signifikasi 0,000<0,05 artinya variabel Brand Trust berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand Loyalty. Dari hasil penelitian di dapat hasil uji f 46,945>3,35 dan nilai signifikasi 0,000<0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Brand Image dan Brand Trust secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Brand LoyaltyNasabah Prudential Syariah

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT Pos Indonesia Cabang Pamulang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 136 dengan teknik pengambilan data melalui observasi dan kuesioner, dan diperoleh sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan pengelolahan data statistik SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan nilai regresi 2,598. Nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,598 > 1.67303. Nilai probabilitas Pelatihan Kerja diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,012 < 0,05. Variabel Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dengan regresi 2,943. Nilai t hitung > t tabel atau 2,943 > 1.67303. Nilai probabilitas Pengembangan Karir diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,005 < 0,05. Variabel Pelatihan Kerja dan Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Nilai f hitung > f tabel yaitu 25,514 > 3,16 dengan nilai signifikansi dari uji f sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Abstract. The purpose of this study is to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of organizational citizenship behavior and the physical work environment on employee performance at PT Tifico Fiber Indonesia Tbk, Polymer Department. This research employs an associative method. The population in this study consists of all employees in the Polymer Department, while the sample used comprises 134 respondents. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire, and data analysis techniques included instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as shown by the tcount value of 14.346 > ttable 1.978 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 (2) the physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, indicated by the tcount value of 13.635 > ttable 1.978 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05 (3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior and the physical work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the Fcount value of 162.462 > Ftable 3.07 with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05g Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Physical Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract. This study aims to determine the Effect of Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT. Sendok Garpu Internasional Tangerang. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sendok Garpu Internasional Tangerang. By using the Slovin formula, the research population was 212 employees and the sample used was 68 respondents. Based on the results of the study, the correlation coefficient value or level of influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable was obtained at 0.647, which means the variables have a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination (R Square) value of 0.419 indicates that 41.9% has a simultaneous contribution to the variable, while the remaining 58.1% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated f value > f table (23.396 > 3.138). With that Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, it can be concluded that Job Satisfaction and Career Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Sendok Garpu Internasional Tangerang. Based on the research findings presented in the previous chapters, the analysis and discussion regarding "The Influence of Job Satisfaction and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT.
