Abstract

This research aims to assess the company's performance on companies incorporated in the Indonesia Stock Exchange's LQ45 period 2005-2015 by using the concept of EVA and MVA and the concept of influence on stock prices. The results showed that in general the performance of companies that are incorporated in the LQ45 experienced EVA negative, it is possible the existence of the huge capital costs of each company. On the contrary, in general the performance of companies that are incorporated in the LQ45 experienced positive MVA, this illustrates that companies incorporated in LQ45 has managed to create a value added market for its shareholders. ANOVA test results obtained that EVA and MVA affect stock prices as the value of the company, it is likely because investors tend to use/exploit internal data companies in investment decision making.Keywords: EconomicValue Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA)

Abstract

This research analyzed the influence of the dimensions of leadership practices on employee job satisfaction. Object of this study is the University of Batanghari Jambi. Research problem refers to the phenomenon of data at the University of  Batanghari Jambi, which is indicated by the number of employees in and out within the last 3 years, as well as some of the complaints are often perceived by employees. The problem that arises is: whether the dimensions of leadership practices have an influence on employee job satisfaction.The study used 80 respondents and all respondents were employee University of  Batanghari Jambi. Multiple Regression Analysis.The results of this study indicate that such practices are leadership dimensions and dimension empower others encourage both partial and simultaneous positive effect on employee job satisfaction University of Batanghari.Keywords: Leadership Practices and Job Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this research is 1. To know the description OCB and Employee performance at CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi City. 2. To know the influence of OCB on employee performance on the CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi. The Method of this research is descriptive and quantitative analysis. The population in this research is the employees of CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi. Withdrawal of samples conducted in stratified random sampling. The total sample in this research is as much as 50 respondents. This research analyzes the influence of the independent variable X (OCB) to dependent variable Y (employee performance), can be described in a simple regression model. OCB on the CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi City is on high criteria with an average score of 141.4. Furthermore, the performance on the CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi City is in the medium criteria with an average score of 137.5. Based on the hypothesis test it is known that there is significant influence between OCB on employee performance on the CV. Jaya Indah Motor Jambi City
