Abstract

This experiment in doing to analyze the influence of selection and training to work performance on pt .Indonesian welfare nutricia the branch of jambiType of reserach is quantitive survey research properties for descriptive purposes and explanatory. This study using the population with the employees as many as 30 people . data analysis technique used is multiple regressing analysys with path analysis by using SPSS.The influence of selection on work performance on pt .Indonesia nutricia prosperous the branch of jambi in partial influential positive and significance , namely the influence of directly to 7.07 % , while indirect effect is of 18.78 % and the influence of direct and indirect leadership is on the performance of 25.85 % 3 .The influence of training on work performance on pt .Indonesia nutricia prosperous the branch of jambi partial influential positive and significant , which is directly to 61.46 % , while indirect effect is of 18.78 % and the influence of total direct and indirect leadership is on the performance of 80.24 % 4 .The result of testing simultaneously influence the selection of ( x1 and x2 pelatihankerja ( ) on work performance  y in together is of 106,09 %Keyword :Selection, training and work performance

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of work motivationon organizational commitment. This research is done on Bakti BCA internship employee who work as teller and customer services of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk.main branch office of Jambi amounted at 60 people. Technique used in sampling is census, where all of the population is used as sample. Analysis unit used is simple linear regression. The research result that work motivation influence positively and significantly on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of talent management and to analyze the influence of talent management, competence on employee performance. The sample in this study is employees of marketing in the banking sector in the city of Jambi. The data collection method is using a questionnaire and analyzed using verification analysis, the analysis tool in this study is using Component Based SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study will explain how the influence of the main variables studied, namely talent management, competence and employee performance.

Abstract

The average increase in the number of employees Part Multifuel Boiler  PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry as much as 0.56%. The average percentage of the absence of leadership in a meeting held in the last five years as much as 14.27%. The average employee productivity developments Part Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry at 31.333. Indicators for assessing leadership include: have a fairly high intelligence, stable emotions, face human intelligence, organizing skills and management skills. Indicators assessing productivity include: the ability, improve the results achieved, morale, self-development, quality and efficiency. PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry which is a company engaged in Pulp & Paper thats end product of  PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry, which in the final product the company is supported by Section Multifuel Boiler manage Steam Power ( Power Plant) to supply its electricity needs. Results SPSS 23 get the regression equation Y = 0.473 + 0.892 X. domination leadership on improving employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry as much as 76.9% while the remaining 23.1% is caused by other  factors. There is a significant relationship between the leadership on employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. Lontar Papyrus Pulp & Paper Industry. This statement proved of t count 18.341> t table value 1.9840, with a significant 0.00 <0.05. Leadership and employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT. According to test the hypothesis test is known that there is significant influence among the leadership on employee productivity Section Multifuel Boiler at PT.
