Abstract

Gaya kepemimpinan adalah suatu faktor yang mem pengaruhi kinerja karyawan pada CV Bintang Anugerah Sejahtera. Ini terbukti dengan nilai Signifikansi adalah 0,018 yang berarti Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Komunikasi efektif dan pengambilan keputusan juga berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Terbukti dengan hasil analisa dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 untuk komunikasi efektif dan 0,018 untuk pengambilan keputusan yang artinya komunikasi efektif dan pengambilan keputusan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif dan pengambilan keputusan secara bersama-sama memiliki pengeruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil pengujian hipotesis diperoleh nilai signifikan adalah 0,000 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif dan pengambilan keputusan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Hasil dari uji determinasi menunjukkan 76,7% variabel terikat yaitu kinerja karyawan variabelnya dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi efektif dan pengambilan keputusan, sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar variabel yang digunakan.

Abstract

Depot FP LPG Pertamina Tandem is a company engaged in the field of gas that can notbe separated from issues including declining discipline, lack of motivation and emotionalintelligence that employees have not been implemented effetively so that the employee’sperformance is not optimal effecting employee performance. And the problems of this studyare variable disciplin, motivation and emotional intelligence simyultaneously positive andeffect significantly to job performance of employee on Depot LPG Pertamina Tandem. Thepurpose of this study is to identify the extent of the influence of discipline, motivation andemotional intelligence on job performance of employee Depot FP LPG Pertamina Tandemto compare the theory that the author has been studied in college. This study used a sampleconsist of 65 respondents. At amounted to 0.856 while t t1.984 and significant probability is 0,000, sot0.856 > 0.05, it is concluded Tolak Ho (terima Hi), disciplin effect particially.tis equal 3.039 whilet1.984 and significant probability amounted to 0.000 t> 0.05, it can be concluded tolak Ho (terima Hi). Motivation effect particially. Att= 1.984 and significant probability is amounted to 0.000t=386 > 0.05, it can be concluded tolak Ho (terima Hi). Emotional intelligence effect particially.

Abstract

The aims of the study aims are to determine the influence of the organizational culture on the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. To determine the influence of the motivation (through organizational culture) on the employee morale and to know the influence of the organizational culture and compensation on the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai.The research was carried out starting from observations to data collecting through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used validity, reliability test and path analysis. By using the significance level of 5 % ( 0.05), with a sample of 50, it can be seen that a significant difference between organizational culture on the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. There is a significant influence between the compensation of the employee morale at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. There is no significant influence of organizational culture on the employee morale through employee motivation at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. There is the interplay between organizational culture and employee compensation at Melati Plantation of PTPN II Perbaungan Serdang Bedagai. Keywords : PTPN II , Teamwork and Compensation
