Abstract

Perkembangan Pegadaian Syariah di Indonesia hinga saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang sangat pesat. Namun keberadaan layanan pegadaian syariah relative lebih baru dari pada pegadain konvensional, sehingga akan muncul berbagai kendala layanan secara syariah. Dengan demikian, pegadain syariah harus mempunyai strategi yang jitu guna mempertahankan eksistensinya. Perlu upaya mewujudkan hubungan kerja sama antara PT. Pegadain (persero) syariah dengan para nasabah agar terjalin kepercayaan antar pihak secara kontinyu dan bertahan lama. Pegadaian syariah harus memiliki pelayanan yang berkualitas untuk ditawarkan pada konsumen agar mampu mempertahankan loyalitas mereka. Berdasarkan pada tujuan diatas, maka penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah PT. Pegadaian (persero) Syariah Cabang Soebrantas Kota Pekanbaru. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan metode Random Sampling, jumlah sampel yang banyak diperkecil dengan menggunakanrumus slovin, sehingga didapati sampel berjumlah 379 respondent dari 6.992 populasi yang ada. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data. Data-data yang telah dikumpulkan tersebut dianalisis dengan alat analisis statistik yaitu uji regresi linier berganda, uji asumsi klasik yang meliputi, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji normalitas, dan uji hipotesis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa secara persial variabel Reability (Keandalan), Acces (Kemudahan), Courtesy (Sopan Santun) dan Credibility (Kepercayaan) diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat loyalitas nasabah PT.Pegadaian (persero) Syariah Cabang Soebrantas. Sedangkan variable Responsiveness (Kesigapan), Competence (Keterampilan) dan Security (keamanan) masing-masing memiliki nilai signifikansi lebih besar dari 0,05. Artinya ketiga variabel berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap tingkat loyalitas nasabahPT.Pegadaian (persero) Syariah Cabang Soebrantas. Adapun nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 26% yaitu nilai variabel tingkat loyalitas nasabah yang dapat dijelaskan oleh variable kualitas pelayanan, sedangkan sisanya 74% adalah pengaruh dari variabel lain yang tidak dijelaskan oleh penelitian ini. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai tuntunan atau solusi alternatif dalam menetapkan mutu kualitas pelayanan yang prima (service ofexcellent) dalam meningkatkan loyalitas nasabah pada PT. Pegadaian (persero) Syariah.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of interest rates and inflation on the net profit growth of publicly listed commercial banks in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data was collected from www.idx.co.id, spanning from 2017 to 2021. The study took place from March to August 2022. The population for this research comprised 43 companies, with a sample size of 20 companies. The research employed quantitative data processed using Eviews 9 with the panel data regression method. The test results concluded that the interest rate variable, partially, does not have a significant impact on the net profit growth. However, inflation, partially, has a significant effect on the net profit growth of commercial banks during the period from 2017 to 2021. Simultaneously, interest rates and inflation do not have a significant impact on the net profit growth of commercial banks. The contribution of the interest rate and inflation variables to net profit growth is only 5.66%, and the correlation between the interest rate and inflation variables with net profit growth is weak.

Abstract

This Systematic Literature Review (SLR), following the PRISMA methodology, examines the impact of social media marketing on the performance, sustainability, and resilience of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), synthesizing findings from 12 studies published between 2001 and 2025. The review highlights that social media marketing adoption significantly enhances MSME performance, improving customer engagement, brand visibility, and market reach. Entrepreneurial orientation is identified as a crucial moderating factor, strengthening the effect of digital marketing adoption on business outcomes, particularly in response to disruptions like the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, the adoption of e-commerce and digital marketing tools contributes positively to financial and sustainability performance, though digital literacy and resource constraints remain key barriers. The findings also underscore the importance of networking and informal marketing practices in expanding market presence and fostering customer relationships. Despite the positive effects, challenges such as limited resources and digital skills hinder the full potential of these strategies. This review calls for future research to address these gaps, focus on sector-specific practices, and explore the long-term impact of social media marketing on MSME resilience and sustainability.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk pengabdian tenaga pendidik untuk ikut serta mengabdi dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat. Pengabdian ini berperan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pengelola masjid mengenai penyaluran zakat fitrah yang berbasis pada Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS). Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di desa Klambir V, Kecamatan Hamparan Perak, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan subjek kelompok masyarakat yang bergama islam. PKM ini memberikan edukasi kepada pengelola masjid mengenai program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS dan mengarahkan agar penyaluran dana zakat fitrah tidak hanya bersifat konsumtif semata tapi juga bisa mengarah pada Sustainable Development Goals (SDGS).Melalui pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan pengelola masjid mengenai metode-metode penyaluran dana filantropi sehingga dana zakat yang telah dikeluarkan dapat mendorong pertumbuhan sosial ekonomi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the practice of paying zakat, infaq, and alms conducted by university academics in Medan, referred to as Muslim scholars, and their perspectives on zakat management organizations. The study will delve into the relationship between the perspectives of university academic communities in North Sumatra on zakat management organizations and their practice of paying zakat, infaq, and alms. Additionally, this research will highlight the contribution of universities to the management of zakat, infaq, and alms in North Sumatra. The research employs a qualitative methodology. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to university communities in North Sumatra. The findings obtained from the field will be thoroughly explained, interpreted, and systematically organized to ensure clarity. The results reveal that the interaction between Muslim scholars and zakat institutions remains minimal. This is evident in the limited two-way engagement, where many Muslim scholars do not channel their zakat, infaq, and alms through zakat institutions, and conversely, zakat institutions often fail to involve Muslim scholars in managing zakat, infaq, and alms funds

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate the impact of fee based income and interest income on net profit at Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data obtained from www.idx.co.id with a time span of 2018-2023. The research was conducted in 2024 with a population of 44 companies and a sample of 26 companies. Analysis uses quantitative data via Eviews 9 with panel regression. The results show that interest income has a positive and significant impact on net profit, while fee based income is not significant. Simultaneously, both variables have a positive and significant impact on net profit, with a total contribution of 66.09%.
