Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naive Bayes dalam penambangan data. Banyak peneliti melakukan dan mengembangkan metode untuk meningkatkan akurasi dan klasifikasi data dalam hasil yang baik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan percobaan pada jenis bunga. Dalampenelitian ini, disimpulkan bahwa kinerja Naïve Bayes lebih baik daripada Support Vector Machine, Naïve Bayes memiliki hasil yang sangat baik yang berjanji untuk membantu mengklasifikasikan nilai-nilai terbaik untuk mendapatkan pengelompokan data. Support Vector Machine lebih besar dengan nilai 89.66% dari Naïve bayes yang menghasilkan 89.29% yang memiliki selisih 0.37 % dari kedua algoritma tersebut. Sedangkan Class Recall yang dihasilkan Naïve Bayes mencapai 89.29% dan Support Vector Machine 92.86% dan dengan perbedaan nilai akurasi mencapai 3.22% dari perbandingan performa kedua algoritma tersebut.

Abstract

Manual or disconnected management of employee attendance and payroll often leads to various issues, such as data inaccuracy, process delays, and lack of efficiency in attendance recording and salary calculation. PT. Buana Citra Internusa, as a growing company, requires an integrated system capable of handling employee administration quickly and accurately. This study aims to develop a web-based employee attendance system integrated with payroll using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. RAD was chosen because it accelerates the development process through iterative and collaborative stages between developers and end-users. The system is designed to support automatic daily attendance recording and integrate it with the payroll module based on attendance data, job positions, and working hours. Key features developed include user login, employee data management, attendance recording, working hour configuration, salary calculation, and payroll reporting. System testing was carried out using the black-box method to ensure all functions operate as expected. The development results show that the system significantly improves the efficiency of attendance and payroll management compared to previous methods. It also provides easier access, data transparency, and reduces the potential for human error. With this system, PT. Buana Citra Internusa can carry out employee administrative processes more effectively and in a more controlled manner

Abstract

Aplikasi "Petani Cerdas" dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan efisiensi pertanian di Pelawi Utara, Langkat, melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Aplikasi ini menyediakan berbagai fitur penting, termasuk informasi cuaca terkini, harga pasar komoditas, panduan pertanian, dan forum diskusi antar petani. Dengan mengintegrasikan teknologi dalam praktik pertanian, aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk membantu petani dalam pengambilan keputusan yang lebih baik dan tepat waktu. Penelitian ini mengkaji proses pengembangan, implementasi, serta dampak dari penggunaan aplikasi terhadap kinerja dan kesejahteraan petani. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan akses informasi, memperkuat komunitas petani, dan mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan. Melalui pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang terus-menerus, diharapkan aplikasi ini dapat berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap perkembangan pertanian di daerah tersebut.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data panti asuhan memerlukan informasi yang akurat, terstruktur, dan selalu diperbarui untuk mendukung kegiatan administrasi dan pengambilan keputusan. Dalam praktiknya, pendataan anak panti asuhan masih banyak dilakukan secara manual sehingga menyulitkan proses pembaruan data, penyusunan laporan, serta pemantauan perubahan data dari waktu ke waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi pendataan dan profil anak panti asuhan berbasis web dengan menerapkan metode Moving Average untuk menganalisis tren perubahan data. Metode Moving Average digunakan untuk mengolah data periodik seperti jumlah anak, distribusi usia, dan tingkat pendidikan guna memperoleh nilai rata-rata dalam periode tertentu. Aplikasi dikembangkan berbasis web agar proses penginputan, pengolahan, dan penyajian data dapat dilakukan secara terintegrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu membantu pengelola panti asuhan dalam mengelola data profil anak secara lebih efektif, sedangkan metode Moving Average dapat memberikan gambaran tren data yang berguna untuk perencanaan dan evaluasi.

Abstract

The new student admission process involves collecting and managing prospective students’ personal data, which must be handled accurately and securely. Yayasan Pendidikan Mutia Rahma still relies on manual registration procedures, causing data accumulation, recording errors, and delays in verification. This study aims to develop a web-based new student registration application that facilitates data entry and management while ensuring data confidentiality using the Vigenere Cipher method. The research method applied is software development using the Waterfall model, which includes requirement analysis, system design, implementation, and testing stages. The application is developed using HTML, PHP, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database. The Vigenere Cipher method is implemented to encrypt sensitive registration data so that information stored and transmitted through the system is protected. The results show that the developed application is able to organize registration data more systematically, reduce recording errors, speed up the verification process, and improve data security. This application supports a more efficient and secure new student admission process at Yayasan Pendidikan Mutia Rahma.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the culinary sector require fast, organized, and efficient services to improve customer satisfaction. Bakso Mas Anto Marelan is one of the MSMEs that still manages orders and queues manually, which often causes problems such as unorganized queues, order recording errors, and service delays. This study aims to design a website for order management and an automatic queue number system to improve service efficiency at Bakso Mas Anto Marelan. The research method includes needs analysis, system design, implementation, and application testing. The designed website allows operators to manage order data, monitor order status, and automatically generate queue numbers. The automatic queue number system helps arrange customer service order fairly and transparently. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of an order management website and an automatic queue number system can accelerate service processes, reduce recording errors, and improve queue management. Therefore, the designed website is expected to be an effective solution to enhance service efficiency in MSMEs, particularly at Bakso Mas Anto Marelan.

Abstract

The Department of Communication and Informatics (Kominfo) of Langkat Regency plays an important role in receiving and handling public complaints related to public services. Previously, the complaint process was conducted manually through paper forms, short messages, and face-to-face reporting, which caused several problems such as delays in report delivery, difficulties in tracking complaint histories, and lack of transparency for the public. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Public Complaint Information System to improve report management effectiveness and public service quality. This research applies a software engineering approach using the Waterfall development model consisting of problem identification, data collection, requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation. The system was developed using PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript programming languages with a MySQL database. The main features include online complaint submission, report management by administrators, complaint status monitoring by the public, and automatic report generation. The results show that the developed system facilitates the public in submitting complaints without visiting the government office directly. In addition, the system assists officers in managing complaint data in a structured manner, accelerates complaint handling processes, and increases transparency in public services. Therefore, the web-based public complaint information system can be an effective solution to support faster, more accurate, and efficient services at the Langkat Regency Kominfo Office.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology provides significant opportunities for utilizing games as interactive learning media, particularly in mathematics, a subject often perceived as difficult and less engaging by elementary school students. This study aims to design and develop a 3D Parkour Game as an educational medium for arithmetic learning using Unity. The method applied in this research is the Game Development Life Cycle (GDLC), which consists of the stages of initiation, pre-production, production, beta, and release. During the design phase, flowcharts and Finite State Machine (FSM) models were employed to illustrate the gameplay flow and character behavior mechanisms within the game. The results indicate that the developed game is capable of delivering a more interactive, challenging, and enjoyable learning experience through a 3D parkour concept. In this game, players control a robot character to overcome various obstacles and reach the finish line. Beyond serving as an entertainment medium, the game also has the potential to enhance students’ cognitive skills, including focus, concentration, decision-making, and visual-motor coordination. Therefore, the 3D Parkour Game is considered a viable alternative medium for arithmetic learning and holds potential for further development through the integration of more complex mathematical materials and empirical classroom-based effectiveness testing.
