<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the influence of Der, Roe , Per, Eps, and Dps to stock prices. The population of this sudy are company sub sector health and pharmaceutical that listed on the BEI in 2010-2017. Based on purposive sampling method, the total obtained samples are 16 companies and after the process of selecting a sample acquired 8 companies . The source of data are taken from annual reports of companies that are listed on indonesia stock exchange in 2010 – 2017. The data Analysis method in using multiple linear regression with SPSS 17 software application.The Results indicates that partially DER an DPS have infulense and significant on the stock price.ROE, PER, EPS hasn’t influence and no significant on the stock price.Simultaneously DER, ROE, PER, EPS, and DPS have influence on the stock price. The variables DER, ROE, PER, EPS, and DPS are capable of accounting for tha variable of the stock price of Sub Sector Health And Pharmaceutical companies listed on the BEI in 2010-2017 as much as 21%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Der, Roe, Per, Eps, and Dps terhadap harga saham. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sub sektor kesehatan dan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2010- 2017.Berdasarkan metode purposive sampling, jumlah sampel yang diperoleh adalah 16 perusahaan dan setelah dilakukan proses pemilihan sampel diperoleh 8 perusahaan. Sumber data diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2010 – 2017.Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan aplikasi software SPSS 17.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel DER dan DPS berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. , ROE, PER, EPS tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan variabel DER, ROE, PER, EPS, dan DPS berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Variabel DER, ROE, PER, EPS, dan DPS dapat menjelaskan variabel harga saham pada perusahaan sub sektor kesehatan dan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2010-2017 sebesar 21% .]]>
