<![CDATA[This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness in the Technology Acceptance Model on the implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System and its impact on the quality of the Riau Provincial Government Financial Report. The study was conducted quantitatively with a causal and descriptive research design. The total sample of 100 respondents from the Treasurer (end-user) and the Financial Administration Officer (PPK) contained in the Office, Office, Agency and Inspectorate, Regional Government Work Unit (SKPD) of the Riau Provincial Government. Data collection techniques in this study using surveys and observations. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results showed that the perception of ease of use and perceived usefulness had a direct and significant positive effect on the successful implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System, but did not have a significant direct effect on the quality of local government financial statements. The successful implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System has a direct and significant positive effect on the quality of local government financial statements. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness can have an indirect positive effect on the quality of local government financial reports mediated by the successful implementation of the Regional Financial Management Information System. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat dalam Model Penerimaan Teknologi terhadap implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah dan dampaknya pada kualitas Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Riau. Penelitian dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan desain riset kausal dan deskriptif. Jumlah sampel sebesar 100 orang responden dari Bendaharawan (end user) dan Pejabat Penatausahaan Keuangan (PPK) yang terdapat pada Dinas, Kantor, Badan, dan Inspektorat, Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD) Pemerintah Provinsi Riau. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan survey dan observasi. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat berpengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap keberhasilan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah, namun tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Keberhasilan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah memiliki pengaruh positif secara langsung dan signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah. Persepsi kemudahan penggunaan dan persepsi manfaat dapat memberikan pengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah yang dimediasi oleh keberhasilan implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Keuangan Daerah.]]>
