Abstract

Kedatangan para pedangan Cina yang dipimpin laksama Chen Ho diSemarang pada tahun 1412 membuktikan bahwa peristiwa mempengaruhi perbauranbudaya Cina dan budaya Jawa. Hubungan perdagangan yang terjadi ketika itu masihberlanjut hingga sekarang. Para pendatang Cina belakangan ke Jawa memutuskanmenetap. Mereka disambut penduduk setempat tetapi karena perbedaan budayapara pendatang Cina itu hidup dalam komunitasnya sendiri yang dikenal sebagaiPecinan. Dalam komunitas pecinan itu, para imigran Cina memperlihatkan ethoskerja keras. Mereka mulai bekerja dari jam delapan pagi hingga jam lima sore. Dengankerja keras mereka memberi pengaruh pada masyarakat asli yang melihat bahwakesejahteraan keluarga dapat dicapai melalui kerja keras dalam bisnis. Tujuan paperini memperkenalkan inkulturasi sebagai hasil generasi immigrant Cina yang lahir danmenetap di Indonesia sebagai warga negara Indonesia yang dikenal dengan nama CinaPeranakan. The coming of Chinese traders led by Laksamana Cheng Ho in Semarangin 1412 Masehi proved that there were cultural interchanges between Chinese cultureand local culture of the Javanese. Trading relationship was established during thattime and such relationship still exists today. The next coming of Chinese to Javadecided to stay as permanent residents. They were welcome to stay but because ofcultural differences they lived exclusively in a community called Pecinan. In theircommunities, Chinese immigrants revealed an ethos of hard working. They usuallystart working from 08.00 Oclock AM to 17.00 Oclock PM. By hard working, Chineseimmigrants influence the way native Javanese learn how to develop family wealththrough business. This paper aims to introduce inculturation between Chinese cultureand Javanese culture which is the achievement of the generation of Chinese who bornand live and as Indonesian citizen known as Cina Peranakan.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh pengembangan karir, penempatan kerja, tingkat pendidikan, teknologi informasi, dan fasilitas kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Kantor Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional Jawa Tengah.Sampel  dalam penelitian ini ditentukan sebanyak 100 pegawai pada Kantor Badan Kependudukan dan Keluarga Berencana Nasional Jawa Tengah yang diambil dengan menggunakan teknik random sampling .  Data yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini diolah menggunakan teknik  analisis regresi berganda dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan didukung software SPSS versi 23.Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan pada penelitian ini diperoleh hasil regresi Y= -2,386 + 0,148 X1 + 0,299 X2 + 0,587 X3 + 0,249 X4 + 0,941 X5. Berdasarkan hasil hipotesis maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa variabel dalam penelitian ini,  yaitu pengembangan karir (X1), penempatan kerja(X2), tingkat pendidikan (X3), teknologi informasi (X4), dan fasilitas kerja (X5) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Penempatan Kerja, Tingkat Pendidikan, Teknologi Informasi, Fasilitas Kerja, dan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of the research is to test and analyze whether there is aninfluence of leadership and job satisfaction on the performance of employees ofPT. Alam Kayu Sakti (PT. ALKA) Semarang by mediating organizationalcommitment. As the object of this research are permanent employees of PT. AlamKayu Sakti (PT. ALKA) Semarang with a sample of 109 employees asrespondents. The question used has been tested for validity by factor analysis andreliability with Cronbach alpha and the instruments are valid and reliable orworthy of being used as a research tool. The results of the analysis can besummarized as follows: This study can prove leadership has a positive effect on organizationalcommitment. This is in accordance with his theory Bass (1990). This study canprove job satisfaction has a positive effect on organizational commitment. This isaccording to Johlke's (2000) study. This research can prove leadership has apositive effect on performance. This is in accordance with his theory Bass (1990).This study can prove job satisfaction has a positive effect on performance. This isin accordance with his theory Robins (1996). This study proves organizationalcommitment has a positive effect on performance. This is in accordance with thestudy of Johlke et al (2000). This study does not prove that organizationalcommitment mediates on the influence of leadership on performance. This is in accordance with Tri Murdoko's research (2007). This study does not prove that organizational commitment mediates on the effect of job satisfaction onperformance. Abstract

This study aims to study, analyze, and explain the influence of product quality, price, and promotion on simultaneous and partial purchasing decisions, as well as find out which independent variables have a dominant influence on the dependent variable. The sample in this study is consumers who purchase KL Meatball Tofu and are at least 20 years old. The research method used in this study was a quantitative research method using a sample of 96 respondents. Sampling using non-probability sampling with purpossive sampling techniques. The data analysis methods used in this study are descriptive analysis methods and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that simultaneously Product Quality, Price, and Promotion had a partial influence on purchasing decisions. This is shown by the results of multiple linear analysis Y = 0.298 X1 + 0.268 X2 + 0.242 X3 + e. The hypothesis test shows the results of the significance test t, the Price variable has the most significant influence on purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test (adjusted r square) showed a value of 0.395 which means that the research variable was able to influence the purchase decision by 39.5%.

Abstract

Entering the development of the world of work which continues to advance rapidly along with technological developments which consistently progress rapidly. Human Resources (HR) are very important in maintaining the survival of a company. Companies are required to be able to maintain the quality of performance of their human resources, therefore companies are required to be able to evaluate the performance of their resources. This research aims to examine, analyze and explain the influence of the work environment, compensation and work stress on employee performance simultaneously and partially, as well as finding out which independent variables have a dominant influence on the dependent variable. The sample in this research were employees at PT. Seidensticker Indonesia. The research method used in this research is a quantitative research method using a sample of 100 respondents. Sampling used nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research show that simultaneously the Work Environment, Compensation and Work Stress affect employee performance. This is shown by the results of multiple linear analysis Y = 0.485 X1 + 0.332 X2 + 0.198 X3 + e. Hypothesis testing shows the results of the t significance test, the Work Environment variable has the most significant influence on employee performance. The results of the coefficient of determination test (adjusted r square) show a value of 0.802, which means that the research variables are able to influence employee performance by 80.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of return on asset (ROA), current ratio (CR), and company size on the value of companies in the metal and similar industrial sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2021-2022 period. The research was motivated by the need to understand how financial indicators and company characteristics influence the overall market value of companies in this particular industry. The hypothesis of the study was formulated based on theoretical frameworks and previous empirical research findings. To conduct this study, a purposive sampling method was employed, which involved selecting companies based on certain predetermined criteria. A total of 58 companies from the metal and related sectors were included in the sample. Data for the study was gathered from annual financial reports and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques to test the proposed hypotheses.The results indicate that company size does not have a significant effect on the company value, suggesting that factors such as financial performance may be more crucial in determining value than the size of the company itself. However, the study found that both return on assets (ROA) and current ratio (CR) have a significant positive impact on company value. These findings emphasize the importance of efficient asset management and liquidity in increasing a company’s market value. This study contributes to a deeper understanding of the financial factors that influence the value of companies in the metal and industrial sectors and provides insights for investors and management.
