Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to examine the impact of a set of independent intangible organizational resources (managerial capabilities, human capital, perceived organizational reputation, internal auditing, organizational culture, relational capabilities and labor relation) and their interactions on the organizational performance in a sample of private higher education in Yogyakarta. The regressions results indicated organizational performance in the dimension of organizational effectiveness can be well-explained by set of intangible organizational resources, excluding labor relation. The results also indicated the interactions among human capital with organizational culture and labor relations, perceived organizational reputation and internal audit, and between organizational culture and relational capabilities had compensatory effect or interference interaction in explaining performance of higher education institution.Keywords:Intangible Resources, Organizational Performance, Complementarities, Higher Education InstitutionAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh sekumpulan sumber daya takberujud (kapabilitas manajerial, modal manusia, reputasi organisasional persepsian, pengauditan internal, budaya organisasional, kapabilitas relasional dan hubungan ketenagakerjaan) serta interaksi antar sesamanya terhadap kinerja organisasional institusi pendidikan tinggi swasta di Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kumpulan sumberdaya takberujud merupakan prediktor utama bagi kinerja organisasional, kecuali hubungan ketenagakerjaan. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa interaksi antara modal manusia dengan budaya organisasional dan hubungan ketenagakerjaan, reputasi organisasional persepsian, dan interaksi antara budaya organisasional dengan kapabilitas relasional memiliki hubungan yang saling menggantikan (compensatory effect) atau interference interaction di dalam menjelaskan variansi kinerja organisasional institusi pendidikan tinggi. Abstract

This study aims to measure the effect of Age on the Opportunity of Work Life which is mediated by Work Limits at the Office and Work Limits at Home for Banking Sector Employees in Banda Aceh. The sample used in this study were employees of the Banking Sector in Banda Aceh which had 118 respondents. The data equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. The sampling technique used is Probability Sampling. Causal steps is used as a method of analysis to see the effect of all the variables involved.Based on the results of the Causal Step analysis, that affects Work-Life Balance, Age has a positive effect on Work Limits at the office, Age has a positive effect on Work Limits at home, Work Limits at the office have an effect on Work Balance, Work Limits at home have a positive effect on Work-Life Balance, Age positive effect on work-life balance mediated by work limitations at the office and work limits at home, work limitations at the office and work boundaries at home is positive and a direct relationship to work-life balance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan menginvestigasi hubungan antara Work Family Conflict dengan Turnover Intention dengan Job Satisfaction dan Life Satisfaction sebagai variabel pemediator. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui survey yang dilakukan terhadap 192 perawat yang bekerja di RSUD Tgk Chik di Tiro Sigli. Responden dipilih menggunakan metode stratified random sampling. Hasil analisis menggunakan Hierarchical Regression Linear model menunjukkan bahwa Work Family Conflict memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Turnover Intention, Job satisfaction dan Life Satisfaction. Selain itu, temuan penelitian juga mengindikasikan bahwa Job asatisfaction memediasi hubungan antara Work Family Conflict dan Turnover Intention. Lebih menariknya lagi, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa Life Satisfaction tidak memediasi atau tidak memainkan peran sebagai faktor tengah antara Work Family Conflict dan Turnover Intention perawat. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman tentang faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi Turnover Intention perawat, khususnya dalam konteks Work Family Conflicrt. Implikasi prakis dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perhatian terhadap manajemen konflik kerja keluarga dalam upaya meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan kepuasan hidup perawat, serta mengurangi niat berpindah dalam organisasi perawatan kesehatan.
