Abstract

Rotary vane positive displacement (PD) flowmeter termasuk dalam kategori flowmeter yang bekerja menggunakan prinsip operasi volumetric flow. Perubahan suhu pada fluida akan mengakibatkan perubahan pada volume fluida baik berupa penyusutan maupun pemuaian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan purwarupa mekanisme akuisisi data rotary vane PD flowmeter dengan turut menyertakan suhu sebagai variabel kompensasi pengukuran.Aliran fluida disimulasikan menggunakan motor DC yang memutar model chamber, sedangkan perubahan suhu lingkungan disimulasikan menggunakan elemen pemanas. Nilai suhu standar yang digunakan sebagai acuan adalah 15°C. Pengujian dilakukan dengan memberikan variasi nilai pengaturan koefisien muai 0,0007/°C dan 0,001/°C, kecepatan aliran 335 L/min, 506 L/min, dan 556 L/min, serta nilai pengaturan suhu 30°C, 35°C, 40°C, 45°C, dan 50°C.Hasil percobaan didapatkan nilai kompensasi volume tertinggi adalah 65,854 liter sedangkan yang terendah adalah 10,530 liter. Pada nilai volume dan suhu yang sama, semakin tinggi nilai koefisien muai suatu fluida maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kompensasi yang diberikan demikian juga sebaliknya.  Kata kunci— Rotary Vane PD Flowmeter, Kompensasi Suhu, Koefisien Muai  Rotary vane positive displacement (PD) flowmeter is included in the category of flowmeter that works using the principle of volumetric flow operation. Changes in fluid temperature will result in changes in the volume of fluid in the form of shrinkage or expansion. This research aims to design and implement a prototype of rotary vane PD flowmeter data acquisition mechanism with also include measurement of temperature as a variable compensation.Fluid flow is simulated using DC motors that rotate the chamber model, although changes in environmental temperature are simulated using a heating element. Temperature value is used as the reference standard is 15°C. Testing is done by providing a variety of setting value of expansion coefficient at 0,0007/°C and 0,001/°C, flow rate at 335 L/min, 506 L/min, dan 556 L/min, and also temperature setting value at 30°C, 35°C, 40°C, 45°C, and 50°C.The results is the highest volume compensation value is 65,854 liters, while the lowest value is 10,530 liters. Meanwhile value of volume and temperature, the higher the coefficient of expansion of a fluid, the higher the value of the compensation given conversely. Keywords—Rotary Vane PD Flowmeter, Temperature Compensation, Coefficient of Expansion

Abstract

This study aims to describe the representation of multicultural values in the novel Si Anak Pemberani by Tere Liye. The focus of the study is directed at four aspects of multicultural values, namely (1) solidarity and social brotherhood, (2) gender equality, (3) family values, and (4) respect for morals. This research uses a type of qualitative research with a literary anthropology approach. The source of research data is in the form of the novel Si Anak Pemberani by Tere Liye, while the research data is in the form of narrative quotes and dialogues that represent multicultural values. Data collection techniques are carried out through reading, listening, recording, and literature study techniques. Data analysis was carried out using a hermeneutic method to interpret the meaning of multicultural values contained in novel texts. The results of the study show that the novel Si Anak Pemberani represents the value of solidarity and social brotherhood through the attitude of mutual cooperation and the collective struggle of the village community in defending the environment. The value of gender eqity is displayed through the character of Eliana who is courageous, critical, and active against injustice. Family values are illustrated through harmonious relationships between family members and the community based on mutual care. Meanwhile, the value of respect for morals is reflected in respect for parents, self-control, and compliance with religious and social norms. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the novel Si Anak Pemberani not only functions as a children's literary work, but also as a medium of character education that instills multicultural values in the life of a pluralistic society.
