Abstract

In 2019, the sharia insurance market share in Indonesia was only 3.44%. The reason is the low level of literacy and inclusion of sharia insurance. On the other hand, there are opportunities and potentials that allow the growth and increase of sharia insurance market share in Indonesia. For this reason, an acceleration strategy is needed to increase the market share of sharia insurance in Indonesia through insurance technology. The purpose of this study is to determine the acceleration strategy in reaching the insurance market in Indonesia by highlighting the case of the YukTakaful InsurTech startup. This type of research is qualitative based on phenomenology. Methods of collecting data by semi-structured interviews with the founder and management as well as documentation. Analysis and interpretation of data with a literature study approach. After the analysis, it is known that the acceleration strategy to increase the market share of sharia insurance in Indonesia with a case study on the YukTakaful startup is to go through the stages starting from setting focused and clear goals, creating a vision and mission that brings benefits and has social impact (maslahah). focusing on community and community-based segmentation and targets, building a network of cooperation in the business ecosystem (alliance strategy) and communicating and educating consumers through offline and online communication channels as well as collaboration with the fintech ecosystem and community customers (market penetration strategy). Alliance strategy by establishing cooperation with venture capital, server providers, data centers, data recovery centers and cloud computing insurance brokers and insurance companies. Market penetration strategy by targeting the community segment, focusing on basic protection with types of micro insurance products, end to end process services in real time 2x24 hours, maintaining the trust and comfort of consumers by maintaining the security and confidentiality of their data.

Abstract

Ecotourism is a prospective sektor of Bengkulu, and ecotourism development is the once focus concept to increase economic development. The aim of research is to identify supplay and demand of ecotourism sektor. And object research is Kota Bengkulu as a capital city of Bengkulu and also have a lot of potencial tourismproduct. Primary datas get from Bps Kota Bengkulu dan Dispar Kota Bengkulu. And secoundary datas get from observation at the research object. Descriptifve metode use to interprate data findings. The result of the research is to facilitate government of Kota Bengkulu to create a grand strategy of ecotourism sektor.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the financial of feasibility in determining the healthy level of KJK PEMK Rambutan in East Jakarta. A descriptive quantitative method is employed which data is taken from the Income Statement and Balance Sheet of KJK PEMK Rambutan in East Jakarta from 2011 to 2013 using various instrument indicators, namely capital aspect, productivity of asset quality aspect, profitability aspect, liquidity aspect and also management aspect. The results show that: 1) In capital aspect, the value of equity capital to total assets ratio is increase while the ratio of equity capital to risky loans is decrease; 2) In productivity of asset quality aspect, loan volume of members to the total volume of loans ratio during the year remains stable, while the risk of bad debts to the total volume of loans ratio is fluctuative when the risk of reserve to the risk of bad debts ratio is decrease; 3) Based on profitability aspect, SHU before tax to Operating Income is increase while the ratio of SHU before tax to total assets is decrease, and Operating Expenses to Operating income ratio is also decreased; 4) Score of management aspect is 19; 5) In liquidity ratio, it is found that the ratio of total loans to the funds received is decrease; 5) Based on the cooperative healthy level assessment, it is found that KJK PEMK Rambutan of East Jakarta in 2011 and 2012 is less healthy while in 2013 is fairly healthy. Abstract

The existence of youth organizations in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak is urgently needed to partner with the government and related agencies as volunteers and spearheads in dealing social problems that arise due to the impact of the Covid-19 outbreak. However, the fact is that the credibility of the organization is looked down upon by the public. Based on that fact, this community service is carried out, namely to increase the effectiveness of the organization in the midst of the Covid-19 outbreak through understanding emotional intelligence. Method of delivery by counseling and interactive discussions through online media. The result achieved is that the presentation of emotional intelligence create awareness in member and committee organization to take action but does not understand the technical in the field. Thus understanding of emotional intelligence is basically able to encourage organizational effectiveness with the motivation to act.
