Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media evaluasi pembelajaran daring yang efektif dan memudahkan guru dalam penilaian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Research and Development) berdasarkan teori Borg dan Gall. Model ini meliputi 5 tahap. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah orang-orang yang terlibat dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring di SMK Harapan Bangsa Panti Pasaman populasi penelitian berjumlah 25 orang. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu: Media Evaluasi pembelajaran daring mata pelajaran Administrasi Infrastruktur Jaringan;  Media Evaluasi pembelajaran daring yang valid dengan nilai 0,88 > 0,05; Media Evaluasi pembelajaran daring yang sangat praktis berdasarkan respon guru dengan persentase 87,71%; Media Evaluasi pembelajaran daring yang dinyatakan efektif dapat terlihat dari respon guru dan peserta didik dengan persentase 82,09.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the increase in ICT learning outcomes through the application of E-Learning in class X MIA 1 students at SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan. The research method used is quasi experimental with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research divides the control class using conventional learning media and the experimental class using E-Learning media. The data analysis method is descriptive quantitative. The results obtained from this research is that the applied E-Learning can improve student’s learning achievement. It is evident from the pretest and posttest mean scores which increased from 67.03 to 86.09. The application of E-Learning is also more effective than the application of conventional learning, as evidenced by the normalized gain value of the experimental class of g = 0.54 is higher than the gain value of the control class of g = 0.30. Besides, the results of the posttest hypothesis test with t-test showed P (0.006) < ∝ (0.05) so that the research hypothesis is accepted. The conclusion obtained from this research is that the application of the E-Learning can improve the ICT learning achievement of class X MIA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Tambangan.

Abstract

Polyclinic at State University of Padang is one of technical services unit or UPT that still uses manual system for documenting medical records and administration. The purpose of this project is to make a design about information system in polyclinic at State University of Padang. It will be an effective project for many activities and also for a process of health services, so that, all of activities in Polyclinic will being computerized. Beside of that, this system also uses online system that will help the patient in the clinic to get good services easily. The system of this design uses a PHP's programming language with Framework Codeigniter. Moreover, the design of this information system in the clinic also uses Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) MySQL. Designing and Planning this project uses Bootstrap CSS Framework that functioning to make the system more dynamist and responsive. The output of this project in the clinic at State University of Padang is a system that will fulfill the requirements of health services by an online system. And for an employee, this system is useful to make a monthly or yearly report, so that their job will be easier than before. However, the designing and planning of information systems in that clinic still needing a development in many aspects to get the maximum result. The development of this project will include such as a system or even the people around the clinic at State University of Padang.
