Abstract

Komunikasi efektif termasuk kedalam salah satu unsur dari enam target keselamatan pasien. Hal ini tertuang pada Permenkes Nomor 11 /MENKES/ PER/ II / 2017  dan KARS 2012.  Kesalahan komunikasi akan membahayakan keselamatan pasien. Komunikasi yang efektif yaitu komunikasi yang jelas, akurat, lengkap serta mudah dimengerti oleh penerima pesan atau pasien sehingga kesalahan dapat diminimalisasi dan keselamatan pasien tercapai. SBAR merupakan tehnik komunikasi yang digunakan antar tenaga kesehatan. Penerapan komunikasi SBAR sudah dilaksanakan namun belum secara utuh. Budaya organisasi dan Kegiatan supervisi merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan komunikasi SBAR. Budaya organisasi memegang peranan penting pada keberhasilan organisasi tersebut untuk meraih prestasi sesuai dengan tujuan, visi dan misi serta menjadi tuntunan karakter sesuai ciri khas organisasi bagi karyawan. Kinerja perawat dipengaruhi oleh budaya organisasi yang kuat dan baik. Supervisi (penyeliaan) adalah Suatu pemantauan, pemeriksaan dan pengontrolan yang dilakukan secara langsung dan periodik oleh “bos” terhadap “staf” dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaannya, sehingga jika ditemukan masalah dapat langsung dibantu untuk mengatasinya. Kegiatan penyeliaan oleh kepala ruangan diharapkan akan meningkatkan kinerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh budaya organisasi dan kegiatan supervisi kepala ruangan terhadap penerapan komunikasi SBAR Perawat di Ruang Rawat Inap RS. PON. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pengambilan data cross sectional study. Populasi perawat di ruang rawat inap sebanyak 128 responden. Besar klasifikasi jenis kelamin didominasi kaum perempuan 109 orang (85,2%), kategori usia  dewasa awal (21- 30 tahun) yaitu 92 orang (71.9%),Rata-rata perawat pelaksana di ruang rawat inap RS PON berpendidikan D III yaitu 67 orang (52.3%). Status pegawai didominasi  PNS 118 orang (92.2%) dengan lama kerja 12-60 bulan yaitu 70 orang (54.7%). Tidak ada hubungan budaya Organisasi dengan Penerapan Komunikasi SBAR sig (0,401), pearson correlation (0,075). Ada pengaruh negatif hubungan kegiatan supervisi dengan penerapan komunikasi SBAR sig (0,001), pearson correlation(-0,282) dan persamaan regresi Y= 88,820 – 0,483X. Kata kunci :Budaya organisasi, kegiatan supervisi ,komunikasi SBAR,RS.PON

Abstract

In early 2020, the world was shocked by the discovery of a mysterious pneumonia case in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. As of February 11, 2020, WHO named this disease as Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) and it was declared a pandemic on March 11, 2020. This disease is caused by Server Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2) a new type of Coronavirus that has never been previously identified in humans. This situation is affected by various aspects of health, including the aspect of health development, namely the delay in the implementation of health services in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to identify the flow of radiology examination services during the Covid-19 protocol at Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta. The design of this research is descriptive qualitative with a document review approach in the form of swab results and uses a CT-Scan 128 Slice. The research subjects were adult female patients who underwent a 128 Slice CT-Scan examination at Mayapada Hospital in March 2021. The data collected was in the form of CT-Scan results in cases of positive Covid-19 patients. The results of this study show that the CT-Scan of the thorax is quite clear and can identify the flow of radiological examination services in the Covid-19 protocol at Mayapada Hospital, South Jakarta.

Abstract

Stroke merupakan sebuah keadaan khusus  dimana otak akan mengalami kerusakan karena terputusnya aliran darah. Tanda-tanda stroke tergantung pada bagian otak yang tidak disuplai cukup oleh darah. Stroke dapat menyebabkan kelumpuhan bagi seseorang, sehingga sulitnya untuk melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari, seperti berjala, berpakaian, makan, minum, atau mengontrol buang air besar dan kecil. Pasien stroke yang difabel membutuhkan orang lain untuk membantunya. Serangan juga mempersulit keluarga pasien didalam merawat orang  yang mereka cintai. Penelitian ini secara bertujuan mengetahui bagaimana status sosial dan ekonomi penderita stroke mempengaruhi aktivitas hariannya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif korelasional dengan menggunakan dua metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan melibatkan 50 pasien stroke di Rumah Sakit Medirossa Cikarang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapatnya pengaruh yang nyata antara tingkat pendidikan, status pekerjaan dan pendapatan menjadi pengaruh yang paling besar terhadap aktivitas sehari-hari penderita stroke. Oleh karena itu, ketiga faktor yang dominan tersebut harus diperhitungkan saat membuat model pendampingan bagi penderita stroke.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the demand for Indonesian Islamic banks among UHAMKA students and to analyze customers' decisions in saving in Indonesian Sharia BANK. By using data Quantitative approach method. The data used are primary data and secondary data. The population in this study is 41 people. Determination of the sample is done by filling out the Google form link that has been distributed. The data analysis method uses the help of SPSS 22 software. Based on the results of our research that there is a connection with the customer's decision to open a BSI bank account that there is significant and the data that has been made valid.

Abstract

Isu strategis yang dihadapi dinas kesehatan untuk 5 tahun kedepan diantaranya adalah implementasi standar pelayanan minimal (SPM) di bidang kesehatan. Guna menunjang hal tersebut menteri kesehatan mengeluarkan kebijakan terkait dana bantuan operasional kesehatan (BOK) yang memiliki 12 indikator. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat implementasi dana bantuan operasional (BOK) di Puskesmas X Kota Bogor. Jenis penelitian ini adalah studi kualitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data yang dimiliki berupa data primer yang diambil melalui teknik wawancara mendalam kepada informan kunci (Kepala Puskesmas X) dan informan inti (Bendahara BOK, Bendahara Keuangan Umum, dan Programmer). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tahap perencanaan penggunaan dana bantuan operasional kesehatan (BOK) Puskesmas X dilakukan pada awal tahun dalam bentuk mini lokakarya yang dilakukan oleh seluruh aspek bahkan lintas sektor. Pada tahap pelaksanaan Puskesmas X sudah berusaha melakukan kegiatan oleh programmer sesuai dengan POA dan juga memenuhi target SPM yang diberikan oleh dinas kesehatan setempat. Selanjutnya, tahap pencatatan dan pelaporan sudah memenuhi target sebesar 90% dan sisa 10% nya adalah terkait COVID-19, selain itu pencatatan dan pelaporan dalam penggunaan dana BOK ini dilakukan secara manual dan juga komputerisasi, sedangkan hambatan yang dirasakan disetiap tahapan adalah terkait anggaran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the marketing mix strategy at One of the outdoor equipment business brands. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that the brand successfully utilizes the 4P marketing mix elements (product, price, promotion, and place) to attract consumer interest and increase sales. The products are known for their high quality and suitability for the outdoor adventure market. The pricing strategy is set considering competition and consumer response. Promotion is effectively carried out through social media and e-commerce. Store location selection is also strategic to enhance accessibility and customer convenience. However, the brand needs to continue innovating and adapting to rapidly changing consumer trends to maintain its position in the global market.

Abstract

Study This aim for evaluate implementation Child-Friendly Services (PRA) at Kelapa Gading Health Center with focus on policy, commitment, implementation, role cross sector, participation society, as well as perspective power health, visitors, and staff security. Research use approach qualitative descriptive with technique data collection through interview in-depth, observation, and study documentation. Data analysis was carried out using analysis models Miles and Huberman's interactive research results show that Kelapa Gading Health Center has own clear internal policies and guidelines related to PRAP, as well as commitment leadership and workforce health in apply it in a way consistent. Support cross sectors and participation active community, including parents and cadres integrated health post, plays a role important in create environment safe, comfortable and enjoyable service for children. The implementation of PRAP takes into account appropriate communication age, comfort physical, procedures safe, and involvement officer security for guard order and safety children. Research This confirm that service friendly children at the Kelapa Gading Health Center are implemented in a way holistic, systematic, and sustainable, with consider aspect clinical, psychological, social, and participation active children and families. Findings This can become base service strategy improvement and development health older children effective in facilities service primary health.

Abstract

Adolescent-Friendly Health Services (Pelayanan Kesehatan Peduli Remaja/PKPR) is a strategic program aimed at improving adolescent health through promotive and preventive approaches. However, the implementation of PKPR at primary healthcare centers has not been fully optimal. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of PKPR services at Tanjung Priok Public Health Center, North Jakarta. A qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document review. Research informants included healthcare workers, PKPR program managers, and other related stakeholders. The findings reveal that the implementation of PKPR at Tanjung Priok Public Health Center has not been optimal, as indicated by limited human resources, insufficient specialized training related to PKPR, and suboptimal health promotion activities and adolescent involvement. In addition, cross-sectoral support and the utilization of facilities and infrastructure remain limited. These findings are consistent with the 2024 SNPKPR evaluation results, which reported an achievement score of 85.67%, the lowest in North Jakarta. Strengthening staff capacity, enhancing cross-sector collaboration, and developing innovative service strategies are necessary to improve the effectiveness of PKPR implementation in meeting adolescents’ health needs.
