Abstract

This research aims to study the variety of fishing boats based on several technical aspects. This research was carried out from September of 2013 through January of 2014.  This study collected the sampling data (boats at docking condition) in approximately 10 % of existing population along south coast from Takalar regency. The data were analyzed using cluster and PCA (Principal Componen Analysis) to assess the categorization of the boats based on the main dimension size and the mark of the main dimension ratio. The results showed that there are five groups of categorization which have different characteristics on its group. The group I was the boat which has high width and length (L/B), the group II was the boat which has high height and length ratio (L/D), the group III was the boat which has low height and length percentage (L/D), the group IV the boat which had high length, width, height, and the high water loaded (L, BOA, D, and d), and the group V was the boat which had high width and height ratio (B/D).

Abstract

Kelompok Annisa beranggotakan 10 orang, terletak di Kecamatan Labakkang Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan (Pangkep). Kelompok Annisa sampai saat ini mengembangkan produk hasil olahan ikan bandeng berupa abon, bandeng tanpa tulang, dan bolu kambu. Kecamatan Labakkang Kabupaten Pangkep merupakan salah satu kampung perikanan budidaya bandeng di Indonesia yang telah dicanangkan oleh Dirjen Perikanan Budidaya. Total produksi bandeng Kecamatan Labakkang pada tahun 2021 mencapai 1.500 ton. Tujuan pelatihan adalah meningkatkan keterampilan anggota  Kelompok Annisa dalam pengolahan hasil perikanan serta melestarikan produk lokal.  Metode yang diterapkan adalah penerapan dan praktek menggunakan vacum sealer, deep fryer, dan booth penjualan; pelatihan pengolahan produk, pengemasan yang menarik dan administrasi pembukuan; serta pendampingan dalam pemasaran online dan pendistribusian.  Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan adanya peningkatan omset, ada diversifikasi produk, meluasnya pemasaran, dan lestarinya resep masakan lokal. Abstract. The Annisa group consists of 10 people, located in Labakkang District, Pangkajene and Islands Regency (Pangkep). The Annisa group is currently developing processed milkfish products in the form of shredded milkfish, boneless milkfish and sponge cake. Labakkang District, Pangkep Regency is one of the milkfish cultivation fishing villages in Indonesia which has been launched by the Director General of Aquaculture. The total production of milkfish in Labakkang District in 2021 will reach 1,500 tons. The aim of the training is to improve the skills of Annisa Group members in processing fishery products and preserving local products.  The method applied is application and practice using a vacuum sealer, deep fryer, and sales booth; training in product processing, attractive packaging and bookkeeping administration; as well as assistance in online marketing and distribution.  The results obtained show an increase in turnover, product diversification, expanded marketing, and the preservation of local cooking recipes.
