Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of financial compensation and compensation of non financial achievements of the work of employees. The type of research used in this research is explanatory research/explanation . This study tested the hypothesis that there is a significant relationship between financial compensation variable which includes salary , incentives , and benefits . Non-financial compensation which includes job and work environment , the employee performance which includes the quantity , quality and timeliness. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that there are significant effects either partially or simultaneous free variables i.e. compensation between financial and non financial compensation to employee achievements. The overall financial compensation and compensation non financial of PT.Telkom Kandatel Malang is good and should the company retain employees work achievement. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah explanatory/penelitian penjelasan. Penelitian ini menguji hipotesis yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel kompensasi finansial yang meliputi gaji, insentif, dan tunjangan. Kompensasi non finansial yang meliputi pekerjaan dan lingkungan pekerjaan, dengan prestasi kerja karyawan yang meliputi kuantitas, kualitas dan ketepatan waktu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan baik seara parsial atau simultan antara variabel bebas yakni kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Seara keseluruhan kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial di PT.Telkom Kandatel Malang sudah baik dan hendaknya perusahaan tetap mempertahankan prestasi kerja karyawannya. Kata kunci : kompensasi finansial, kompensasi non finansial, prestasi kerja karyawan.
