<![CDATA[ABSTRAK. Disposisi Surat adalah catatan berupa tanggapan, saran, atau instruksi setelah surat tersebut dibaca oleh pimpinan. Disposisi merupakan petunjuk tertulis mengenai tindak lanjut dari penyelesaian surat. Lembar disposisi secara umum berisi informasi nonverbal untuk diterjemahkan secara seksama dan ditindak lanjuti. Dari data rekapitulasi disposisi surat pada November 2018 dan Desember 2018 oleh Bagian Tata Usaha, arahan atau perintah disposisi tidak dapat langsung diberikan pada saat itu jika pejabat berwenang sedang tidak berada di tempat dan terkesan lambat untuk sampai kepada pihak yang akan menindaklanjuti karena berkas disposisi harus mendapatkan tanda tangan dari kepala pelaksana terlebih dahulu. Pada penelitian ini akan diimplementasikan digital signature untuk validasi disposisi surat. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian yang telah dilakukan yaitu dapat memudahkan dalam mengakses dan mengelola data serta kemudahan dalam proses disposisi surat serta menjaga keaslian surat menggunakan tanda tangan digital saat pejabat berwenang sedang dinas di luar kantor. Disposition is written instructions regarding the follow-up of the completion of the letter. The disposition sheet generally contains nonverbal information to be translated carefully and followed up. Data from the disposition recapitulation of letters in November 2018 and December 2018 by the Administration Section, directives or disposition orders cannot be given at that time if the official is not in place and seems slow to arrive at the party who will follow up because the disposition file must get signature from the chief executive first. In this study a digital signature will be implemented to validate the disposition of letters. The results obtained from the research that has been carried out are that it can facilitate access to and manage data as well as ease in the letter disposition process and maintain the authenticity of the letter using digital signatures when the authorized official is outside the office.
