<![CDATA[The existing social welfare problems have not yet been fully resolved, indicated by the fact that there are still people with social problems (beggars, homeless people, and neglected people) who have not been properly recorded. Seeing these problems, the DKI Jakarta Social Service needs to examine using a brief case study regarding people with social problems who have not been reached. Through reports provided by service officers, supervision, and social control when conducting socialization, by utilizing integrated smartphone technology. The method used in building the system is the prototype method, starting from requirements analysis, prototype making, system design, system coding, testing, and system evaluation. The output of the mobile-based application in the form of map and camera features with reports will be received by the DKI Jakarta Social Service on a web-based system.Keywords: Information System, People with Social Problems, Web-Based ABSTRAK. Masalah kesejahteraan sosial yang ada hingga saat ini belum dapat sepenuhnya diselesaikan, ditandai dengan masih terdapat penyandang masalah sosial (pengemis, gelandangan, dan orang terlantar) yang belum terdata dengan baik. Melihat permasalahan tersebut, Dinas Sosial DKI Jakarta perlu mengkaji dengan menggunakan studi kasus singkat mengenai penyandang masalah sosial yang belum terjangkau. Melalui laporan yang diberikan petugas pelayanan, pengawasan, dan pengendalian sosia (P3S) saat melakukan sosialisasi, dengan memanfaatkan teknologi smartphone terintegrasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem adalah metode prototipe, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, pembuatan prototipe, perancangan sistem, pengkodean sistem, pengujian, serta evaluasi sistem.
