Abstract

Abstrak. Sistem pengolahan data secara manual pada Resto Jinggo Tutu menyebabkan proses menjadi lambat dan tidak efektif. Artikel ini menyajikan sebuah sistem informasi penjualan, pembelian dan persediaan berbasis Web untuk mempercepat dan mengefektifkan proses rekaman data dan penyajian informasi persediaan bahan baku, penjualan produk, dan Laporan keuangan. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Model Sekuensial Linier. Metode wawancara dilakukan kepada user Kepala Dapur, Kasir, Pimpinan Usaha, serta Administrator sistem untuk mengkaji fitur-fitur kebutuhan fungsional utama sistem, sedangkan pengujian fitur fungsional sistem dilakukan dengan Black Box Testing. Hasil uji Black Box menunjukkan bahwa fitur-fitur fungsional utama pada aplikasi telah valid dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna, yaitu fungsi untuk merekam data persedaiaan dan usulan Pembelian bahan baku pada sisi kepala Dapur; merekam data penjualan dan pembelian bahan baku pada sisi Kasir (akunting); menyajikan informasi persedaiaan secara tepat, menyajikan informasi pembelian bahan baku, penjualan produk, serta laporan keuangan secara periodik dalam format Spreadsheet kepada Pimpinan Usaha secara online; serta fungsi-fungsi manajemen data pada sisi Administrator sistem.Kata kunci: Sistem informasi penjualan, Usaha resto, Berbasis Web, Model Sekuensial LinierAbstract. The manual data processing system at Resto Jinggo Tutu causes the process to be slow and ineffective. This article presents a Web-based sales, purchasing and inventory information system to speed up and streamline the process of recording data and presenting information on raw material inventory, product sales, and financial reports. The system development uses the Linear Sequential Model Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. The interview method was conducted to the Head of the Kitchen, Cashier, Business Leaders, and system administrators to examine the features of the main functional requirements of the system, while testing the functional features of the system was carried out by Black Box Testing. The results of the Black Box test show that the main functional features of the application are valid and in accordance with user needs, namely the function to record inventory data and proposals for purchasing raw materials on the side of the head of the kitchen; recording data on sales and purchases of raw materials on the side of the cashier (accounting); presenting inventory information appropriately, presenting information on the purchase of raw materials, product sales, and periodic financial reports in Spreadsheet format to Business Leaders online; as well as data management functions on the system Administrator side.Keywords: Sales information system, Restaurant business, Web-based, Linear Sequential Model
