Abstract

Abstrak. Program Selamatkan Rawa Sejahterakan Petani (Serasi) di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan tidak bisa berjalan dengan baik mengingat masih tingginya kemampuan petani padi yang ada untuk menanggulangi hama penyakit padi yang mereka tanam, sehingga perlu dibuatkan alaat bantu berupa sistem pakar diagnosa penyakit tanaman padi ini. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan sistem pakar yang dibuat menggunakan metode certainty factor, dengan sampel petani yang digunakan sebanyak 25 orang yang berada pada daerah kecamatan Marabahan Kabupaten Barito Kuala. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa dengan sistem ini tingkat akurasi yang diperoleh menggunakaan posttest memiliki nilai sebesar 100%, dengan kata lain sistem memiliki tingkat akurasi yang cukup tinggi.. Abstract.  The Peasant Welfare Farmer (Serasi) Save Program in South Kalimantan Province cannot run well given the high ability of rice farmers to cope with the rice pests they plant, so it needs to be made alaat aids in the form of an expert system for diagnosing this rice plant disease. In this study an expert system was created using a certainty factor method, with a sample of farmers used by 25 people in the Marabahan sub-district of Barito Kuala Regency. The results of the research conducted it was concluded that with this system the level of accuracy obtained using posttest has a value of 100%, in other words the system has a fairly high level of accuracy.
