Abstract

It has been generally agreed that in order to change the organisational culture it is best, first to change the people in the organisation. Since people are those who make the organisation works and lives. In this case the one who initiate change is the leader of that organisation. This paper will argue that leader is playing an important role in changing the culture of the organisation, and that there are some qualities of leaders needed to enable him/her to change the culture of the organisation.

Abstract

Hiperlipidemia sering dikenal juga sebagai hiperlipoproteinemia, karena sebelum mengalami sirkulasi dalam darah, lemak harus berikatan dengan protein membentuk lipoprotein. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi penggunaan obat antihiperlipidemia pada lansia. Tahapan – tahapan yang dilakukan diawali dengan melakukan survey awal kondisi disekitar kelurahan Limba B pada lansia yang mengalami hyperlipidemia selanjutnya diberikan penyuluhan dari rumah ke rumah dengan membagikan brosur. Dengan pengabdian ini diharapkan lebih menambah pengetahuan masyarakat terkait penatalaksanaan untuk penyakit – penyakit hiperlipidemia.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Sharia Pawnshop Gorontalo Branch, aiming to find out 1). Does Gold Price Fluctuation (X1), and Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2) affect Customer Transaction Interest (Y2) mediated by Pandemic Situation (Y1) , at Pegadaian Syariah Gorontalo Branch The results showed that the two behavioral variables of Gold Price Fluctuations (X1), and the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2) had a Positive and Significant Effect, which was indicated by a Fluctuation significance value of 0.00 less than 0.05 and a positive beta coefficient of 0.16. , the significance value of Marketing Strategy is 0.00 less than 0.05 which means it is significant and the beta coefficient is positive at 0.52 Furthermore, the two Gold Price Fluctuation variables (X1), and the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy (X2), together have a positive and significant effect mediated by the Pandemic Situation variable (y1) which is indicated by the direct influence of Gold Price Fluctuations on Customer Transaction Interest of 0.521 and the indirect effect of the Fluctuation variable on the Customer's Transaction Interest through the Pandemic Situation obtained the calculation results of 0.207 X 0.254 = 0.053 with a total effect of 0.441 and the direct influence of Marketing Strategy on Customer's Transaction Interest of 0.304 and the indirect effect of the Gold Savings Marketing Strategy variable on Customer's Transaction Interest through Situations Pandemic results obtained by the calculation of 0.293 X -0.254 = 0.074 with a total effect of 0.378

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of MSME groups (catfish farming) on increasing community income in Ulapato Village, Gorontalo Regency. Catfish farming has become one of the promising business sectors in rural areas, especially with the support of MSME group-based management. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 80 respondents who are members of the catfish farming MSME group. Data were collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the catfish farming MSME group had a significant positive effect on increasing community income, with a regression coefficient of 0.758 and an R² value of 0.574, meaning that 57.4% of income variation could be explained by participation in the MSME group. The factors that influence include access to capital, production technology, marketing networks, and knowledge of catfish farming management. This study concludes that the existence of MSME groups plays an important role in improving the economic welfare of rural communities through increased income, skill development, and business network expansion.
