Abstract

The development of information technologies that support each other has given rise to the concept of Internet-based information technology, which is now becoming more widespread and more widely used in the conduct of a company's business in various fields. A management information system is designed to meet the general information needs of managers within a company. A non-profit company/organization, such as a foundation. The Angel Hearts Bali Foundation is a social organization that manages and connects donors who wish to donate or donate their assets for distribution to those in need, such as the needs of orphans, low-income communities, sick people, surgical houses, victims of natural disasters. and educational assistance. Several systems are in operation, namely donor registration services, cash donor transactions, donor data reporting and transactions with received donor funds (donations). The author is developing a management information system for managing donor funds, which includes donor registration, donation transactions, donation management, distribution of donor funds and a donation report for both donors, as well as an Angel Hearts Bali Foundation reporting report with the title Network Information Development donor fund management systems at Angel Hearts Bali Foundation, where research uses the Waterfall research method to conduct structured research with predetermined milestones that must be completed first in order to move on to the next phase. This system builder uses DFD, ERD and PhpMyadmin as the programming language to build the network.

Abstract

ABSTRACTInformation systems for now are needed to help facilitate the activities of a company. In the world of health itself, information systems are very important because information systems can make work, especially in the service sector, be more effective and efficient. In this study, researchers created an information system for dialysis services for the Semesta Mandiri Clinic. This information system is used to assist services at the Semesta Mandiri Clinic with several service categories, namely on dialysis patients registration, changes in dialysis patients' schedules, and notification of referral renewal notifications for dialysis patients. Researchers use the PHP programming language and bootstrap framework to make the display of information systems based on this website responsive. Design and Build a Blood Wash Service Information System at the Semesta Mandiri Clinic using the waterfall method. Stages in the design of information systems begins with a survey of what problems exist in service at the Semesta Mandiri Clinic. After conducting a survey the researcher will analyze the solution to each problem that exists and will design a system to facilitate service activities in the clinic. After designing the system the next process is making the information system itself and proceed with the implementation process and maintenance of the information system that has been made. In this study also tested an effectiveness of the system using a questionnaire distributed to respondents consisting of admin, patients and medical personnel at the Semesta Mandiri Clinic. Testing the effectiveness of this information system is carried out using a questionnaire format from the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). The results of the tests conducted are good enough, but only need to be refined further in the research that will be carried out next.Keywords: Service Information System, Waterfall Method, Semesta Mandiri ClinicABSTRAKSistem informasi saat ini sangatlah dibutuhkan dalam membantu untuk memudahkan kegiatan yang dilakukan sebuah perusahaan. Di dunia kesehatan sendiri juga sistem informasi sangatlah penting karena sistem informasi dapat membuat pekerjaan khususnya di bidang pelayanan dapat menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti membuat sebuah sistem informasi pelayanan klinik cuci darah untuk Klinik Semesta Mandiri. Sistem informasi ini digunakan untuk membantu pelayanan di Klinik Semesta Mandiri dengan beberapa kategori pelayanan yaitu pada pendaftaran pasien cuci darah, perubahan jadwal pasien cuci darah, dan notifikasi pemberitahuan pembaharuan rujukan untuk pasien cuci darah. Peneliti menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan framework bootstrap untuk membuat tampilan sistem informasi yang berbasis website ini menjadi responsif. Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Pelayanan Cuci Darah di Klinik Semesta Mandiri dengan menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan dalam perancangan sistem informasi diawali dengan survei tentang permasalahan apa saja yang ada dalam pelayanan di Klinik Semesta Mandiri. Setelah melakukan survei peneliti akan menganalisa solusi untuk setiap masalah yang ada dan akan dilakukan perancangan sebuah sistem untuk memudahkan kegiatan pelayanan di klinik. Setelah perancangan sistem proses selanjutnya pembuatan sistem informasi itu sendiri dan dilanjutkan dengan proses implementasi serta dilakukan maintenance dari sistem informasi yang sudah dibuat. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan sebuah pengujian efektifitas dari sistem dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang dibagikan kepada responden yang terdiri dari admin, pasien dan tenaga medis di Klinik Semesta Mandiri. Pengujian efektifitas sistem informasi ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan format kuisioner dari User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ). Hasil dari pengujian yang dilakukan sudah cukup baik hanya saja perlu disempurnakan lagi pada penelitian yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi Pelayanan, Metode Waterfall, Klinik Semesta Mandiri

Abstract

Jatayu Swimming Club is a non-formal educational institution that provides swimming courses. Jatayu Swimming Club's operational activities still use a manual system, from new member registration, transaction processing, and scheduling to reporting. An information system is needed to improve services so that services are more effective and efficient. The research method used is the system development method, namely the Prototype Method. The design of the swimming course information system is based on a needs analysis by conducting interviews, observations, and literature studies to reduce the difficulties that occur in operational services at the Jatayu Swimming Club. This study only focuses on three stages: gathering needs, building prototyping, and prototyping evaluation. The swimming course information system design process at Jatayu Swimming Club uses system modeling, including Context Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams, and produces a User Interface. It is hoped that with the design of this system, Jatayu Swimming Club can apply it to become an information system that can be run for company operations.
