Abstract

Traditional systems are considered no longer relevant because it only focuses on the financial side of it which only reflects past performance and is not capable of providing accurate information about the circumstances experienced by the company at the time. Business entities who want to stay in the competition, should consider also the non-financial. Or in other words, companies should pay attention to balance and integration between these two aspects. Balanced Scorecard measures the performance of four different perspectives namely: customer perspective, internal business process perspective, learning and growth perspective, as well as financial perspective. The Balanced Scorecard also related to the critical success factors of business entities, which can be used to determine how large the contribution of each non-financial perspectives of the financial perspective, to determine how the perspectives which require special attention from companies in order to help companies prepare themselves to face competition that sooner or later it will happen. Balanced Scorecard translating promising strategy into strategic objectives of a comprehensive, coherent, balanced, and scalable, and can facilitate the coordination of various strategic goals through communication, persuasion, and trust among the personnel of the organization. PT "SBP" is the sole distributor of light brick and cement liquid. In recent years until now, PT "SBP" still remains a leader in the field. PT "SBP" still do not have competitors who are able to master the world construction market like this company. The results using the Balanced Scorecard tool indicates that PT "SBP" has successfully implemented a variety of competitive strategies inorder to prepare themselves to face competition sooner or later it will happen.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of digital media in corporate communication. In the digital era, companies increasingly rely on various digital platforms to enhance the effectiveness of both internal and external communication. Digital media enables companies to build their image, expand audience reach, and increase engagement with customers and other stakeholders. Therefore, this study explores how digital media contributes to corporate communication strategies and its impact on organizational communication effectiveness.The research method used in this study is a literature review, collecting and analyzing various journals, books, and scholarly articles related to corporate communication in a digital context. The reviewed sources include previous studies discussing the role of social media, websites, email, and other digital platforms in supporting corporate communication. The analysis focuses on trends, challenges, and opportunities presented by digital media for companies in communicating with their audiences.The findings indicate that digital media plays a significant role in enhancing corporate communication by reaching a broader audience, enabling faster interactions, and fostering greater engagement. The use of digital media has been proven to strengthen corporate branding, improve transparency, and facilitate more effective two-way communication with customers and business partners. However, challenges such as digital crisis management, data security, and information overload remain critical concerns that must be addressed to ensure optimal corporate communication in the digital era.

Abstract

This study examines the conflict in the family between a husband and his sister-in-law depicted in the film "Ipar Adalah Maut". This study aims to analyze the signs of communication that appear in the relationship, as reflected through various elements in the film. The method in this study is descriptive qualitative with media text analysis and reinforced by Roland Barthes' semiotic theory. The data collection technique is in-depth analysis that focuses on the main source, namely the film "Ipar Adalah Maut". The analysis process is carried out by identifying communication patterns through two levels of meaning in semiotics, namely denotation and connotation. The results of the analysis show the existence of explicit and implicit messages that reveal the dynamics of interaction between husband and sister-in-law, which reflect the complexity of interpersonal relationships and family dynamics. This finding is interpreted as a myth that represents cultural values, social norms, and communication challenges in the context of family relations.
