Abstract

The research was conducted to test variable influence, compensation , workplace and career development on employee loyalty them through job satisfation at PT BPD DIY Branch Senopati. This study using the independent variable, compensation ,workplace, and career development, the dependent variable, employee loyalty and the variable job satisfaction is intervening. Sampling technique used is census. Namely research technique census was taken of all subjects or population. Sample were using the procedure 36 koesioner data collection. The analysis used the technique analysis 18.0. spss a walker And smartpls 3.2.8. The hypothesis testing in research, it can be concluded that compensation and workplace have had a positive impact on the job satisfaction and employee loyalty. But compensation not significantly and work place to the job satisfaction and employee loyalty. To career debelopment significant work on the job satisfaction and insignificant on employee loyalty. For job satisfaction have had a positive impact and significant employee loyalty. Keywords: Compensation ,work environment, career development, job satisfaction and employee loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Apakah ada perbedaan efek antara model pembelajaran menggunakan model Group Investigation berbantuan kartu soal dengan model konvensional terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa (2) Apakah ada perbedaan efek antara tingkat motivasi tinggi, sedang atau rendah terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa (3) Apakah ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah cluster random sampling sehingga terpilih kelas XI IPA 3 yang diberikan model Group Investigation berbantuan kartu soal dan kelas XI IPA 9 yang diberikan model pembelajaran konvensional. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah menggunakan angket untuk data motivasi belajar siswa dan tes untuk data prestasi belajar. Berdasarkan uji  prasyarat disimpulkan bahwa sampel berdistribusi normal, mempunyai variansi yang sama, dan mempunyai kemampuan awal yang sama. Hasil penelitiannya adalah (1)  yang berarti bahwa model pembelajaran group investigation berbantuan kartu soal lebih efektif daripada model pembelajaran konvensional (2)  yang berarti ada perbedaan efek antara siswa dengan kategori motivasi tinggi, sedang dan rendah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar tinggi lebih baik daripada siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar sedang dan rendah, prestasi belajar matematika siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar sedang lebih baik daripada siswa yang mempunyai motivasi belajar rendah (3)  yang berarti bahwa tidak ada interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar matematika pada pokok bahasan turunan fungsi aljabar.Kata Kunci: group investigation, kartu soal, prestasi belajar, motivasi belajar
