Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the Perception, Motivation, Satisfaction, and Loyalty of Members in Following the Arisan of the Motorbike Auction of Family Education in Yogyakarta (Arlemot PKPY). The method of this study uses the Ex Post Facto approach. The method uses Inferential Analysis with SmatPLS and SPSS as an analysis tool. The subjects and research objects used are the Arlemot PKPY Members. The results of the study revealed that the test results: The hypothesis shows that motivation has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, Perception has a negative effect and is not significant towards Loyalty, satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on loyalty, motivation (M) has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on Loyalty. The benefits of this research can be used as information in an effort to improve Arlemot PKPY members through optimal socialization.
