Abstract

Storing student grades in universities is a sensitive issue when it comes to the security of campus computer networks. In this paper, we propose a blockchain model to ensure the secure storage of student grade data. Each record of recording student grades by a lecturer can be seen as a record in a journal or ledger. All records in one of the departments in a faculty can be seen as a student grade journal. Modeling this data by viewing data records as a journal allows us to model a database for all records in an encrypted and distributed manner. Namely, a model that resembles the blockchain model. In this perspective, a blockchain network can be made in which each node is stored in a different direction. So if there are three departments within the faculty, a blockchain with three vertices can be made. Each node keeps a copy of the overall student grade journal data. So that each node can mutually verify the validity of transaction records in each department. Student value journals are structured in such a way that they form a blockchain that builds hashes that lock together. This modeling of student value records answers the problem of being vulnerable to student scores hacked by irresponsible parties both from within the campus and from outside the campus. Security follows the protocols in the blockchain architecture.

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengguna internet aktif di Indonesia sebanyak 90 juta, dan 50 % lebih adalah pengguna dari kalangan anak muda atau yang biasa disebut sebagai generasi digital native. Mereka adalah generasi yang sebenarnya punya kemampuan dan kreatifitas untuk dilibatkan dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang dihadapi masyarakat di era industri 4.0. Namun kurangnya informasi, pengalaman dan bimbingan yang membuat mereka bingung harus bertindak seperti apa. Maka dibutuhkan pelibatan pemangku kepentingan seperti institusi pendidikan untuk membimbing dan mewadahi potensi yang dimiliki oleh generasi sekarang. Salah satu upaya adalah menerapakan kurikulum berbasis kewirausahaan ke dalam sistem pengajaran di sekolah dengan harapan siswa siap mempunyai kemampuan untuk membuat lapangan pekerjaan sendiri. SMA Negeri Sambit Kab. Ponorogo merupakan sekolah yang menerapkan kurikulum kewirausahaan ke dalam mata pelajaran prakarya dan kewirausahaan. Pembaruan materi prakarya dan kewirausahaan perlu dilakukan di era digital saat ini demi mengikuti perkembangan jaman karena itu diperlukan sekali pembekalan kepada siswa bagaiman membangun startup digital yang bisa menjadi alternatif kemampuan yang bisa dimiliki siswa ketika masuk kedalam industri 4.0.Abstract:  Active internet users in Indonesia as many as 90 million, and 50% more are users of young people or commonly referred to as the native digital generation. They are the generation that actually has the ability and creativity to be involved in solving problems faced by people in the industrial era 4.0. But the lack of information, experience and guidance that makes them confused what to do. Then it takes the involvement of stakeholders such as educational institutions to guide and accommodate the potential of the current generation. One effort is to apply the entrepreneurship-based curriculum into the teaching system in schools with the hope that students are ready to have the ability to create their own jobs. SMA Negri Sambit Regency Ponorogo is a school that implements entrepreneurship curriculum in the subjects of craftsmanship and entrepreneurship. Renewal of craft and entrepreneurial material needs to be done in the current digital era in order to keep up with the times because it is absolutely necessary to equip students how to build a digital startup that can be an alternative ability that students can have when entering industry 4.0.

Abstract

In this paper, we try to explain how to formulate the derivation of the Naive Bayes concept and apply it to a simple case. This is because usually users only use existing formulas or tools that are already available in a programming language regardless of where the formulas are implemented in the available tools come from. To familiarize users with understanding the state of art rather than a formulation, in this study we try to combine the concept and application of the Naive Bayes model formulation. Starting with the elaboration of the concept of derivation of the Naive Bayes formula, then we take a case study to begin to provide an overview of the implementation of the formula. In this study, we apply Naive Bayes to predict learning outcomes before ending at the end of the semester. The dataset was constructed using daily scores from student activity and quizzes. The calculation of this algorithm is enough to use the R language with case sampling in 4 classes of language theory and automata even semester 2017-2018 at the Department of Informatics Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, University of Muhammadiyah Ponorogo with a dataset size of 99 records (99 students) which are divided into 70 records for training data and the rest for test data. The final result is that the prediction accuracy is 78.6%, with the conclusion that the use of the Naive Bayes concept is good enough to be used to predict in helping

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini, dirancang sebuah sistem berupa Sistem Pendukung Keputusan yang digunakan untuk melakukan penilaian terhadap kualitas para Dosen Pembimbing Akademik (DPA) yang biasa disebut Dosen Wali. Dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan ini disajikan beberapa kriteria penilaian DPA yaitu : linearitas dengan prodi, pemahaman proses belajar mengajar, pemahaman kurikulum prodi, pemahaman komposisi mata kuliah prodi, memiliki kemampuan motivatorik, serta memiliki kemampuan problem solving. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam sistem untuk diberikan pembobotan serta nilai pada masing-masing kriteria, kemudian akan diolah dengan menggunakan metode yanga cocok dengan model MCDM (Multi Criteria Decision Making) yaitu metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini sebagai hasil analisa terhadap kualitas DPA dan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi bagi sang pengambil keputusan dalam menindaklanjuti hasil analisa yang didapat.

Abstract

Abstrak— Penelitian ini berupaya untuk membangun Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE) yang menjadi target pemerintah dalam upaya digitalisasi. SPBE yang akan dibangun adalah aplikasi E-Office yang bersifat paperless, dimana segala aspek aktivitas dan proses bisnis dalam lingkup administrasi pada sebuah instansi kerja akan di buat elektronik. Aplikasi ini diadaptasi dan diimplementasikan di kantor BKD Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan, Indonesia.Kata kunci: Sistem, Pemerintahan, Terintegrasi, E-Office, Administrasi Abstract — This study seeks to build an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) which is the government's target in digitalization efforts.
