Abstract

This study aims to analysis The Influence of Capital Structure (DER) and Sales Growth (Growth) on Firm Value (PBV) with Profitability (ROE) as an intervening variable at Property and Real Estate company that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013-2017. This research use 10 companies selected by cencus method  of company that owns more than 5 Trillion and less than 25 Trillion of Total Assets. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression to identify independent variables that influence the dependent variable and path analysis to detect indirect influence through profitability. The result of the research shows that Capital Structure has significant positive effect on Profitability. Growth has significant positive effect on Profitability. Capital Structure has significant positive effect on Firm Value. Growth has significant positive effect on Firm Value. Profitability has significant positive effect on Firm Value. Path Analysis test shows that Profitability does not become intervening variable. Keywords: Capital Structure, Growth, Profitability, Firm Value
