Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of good corporate governance and financial health ratios as measured by CAR NPL and BOPO on banking performance. This study used a sample of 93 and the objects in this study were conventional banking companies listed IDX 2017-2019. This study uses secondary data with a sample selection method, namely purposive sampling. This study uses 5 data analysis methods, namely descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, hypothesis test, f test, and partial test / t. This study proves that good corporate governance has no effect on banking performance, financial health ratios as measured by CAR have no effect on banking performance, financial health ratios as measured by NPL have no effect on banking performance and financial health ratios as measured by BOPO have a negative effect on banking performance.

Abstract

Bauran pemasaran menjadi elemen penting yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dan kepuasan pelanggan pada setiap produk yang dijual oleh suatu perusahaan. Peneliti menganalisis pengaruh bauran bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening (studi komparasi smartphone Samsung dan iPhone Apple di Kecamatan Selat, Provinsi Bali) dengan sampel sebanyak 200 orang (100 pengguna smartphone Samsung dan 100 pengguna iPhone Apple). Peneliti menggunakan kuesioner untuk pengumpulan data. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Structural Equation Model–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap kepuasan pelanggan pada iPhone Apple jauh lebih signifikan daripada smartphone Samsung, pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian pada iPhone Apple lebih signifikan dibandingkan dengan smartphone Samsung, pengaruh kepuasan pelanggan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada iPhone Apple juga lebih signifikan daripada smartphone Samsung, dan kepuasan pelanggan merupakan variabel intervening dalam hubungan bauran pemasaran terhadap keputusan pembelian pada iPhone Apple lebih signifikan dibandingkan smartphone Samsung.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti, menganalisis pengaruh Kualitas Layanan,Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan terhadap Minat Mereferensikan di Kafe Jajan Doeloe, Bogor.Data diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden di Kafe Jajan Doeloe, Bogor.Teknik analisis data menggunakan Persamaan Struktural Metode Partial Least, Versi 3.0Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel Harga dan Kepuasan Pelanggan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Minat Meeferensikan, sebaliknya variabel Kualitas Layanan tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Mereferensikan.

Abstract

The implementation of information technology is crucial as a fraud prevention mechanism, the industrial revolution has triggered the optimization of information technology that increasingly resembles humans or what we call artificial intelligence. Human has limitations in the capacity of data storage and analysis of decision making. The purpose of this study was to provide a description of the results of research related to artificial intelligence and the role of artificial intelligence in preventing fraud. The research method of this research is qualitative by conducting a literature review based on the results of previous studies without any classification criteria for journal sources. The results showed that the majority of research in this study still used a qualitative approach and literature reviews, it was rare that research conducted in-depth analysis or detailed case studies related to the implementation of artificial intelligence. The results also show that the application of artificial intelligence has never classified whether the artificial intelligence that has been implemented is weak or sophisticated artificial intelligence.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of market orientation and entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance mediated by organizational ambidexterity. The unit analysis for this study is employees who work at Bina Insani University, located in Bekasi City, West Java Province. This research uses quantitative methods. The population of this study were 100 Bina Insani University employees. Total respondents are 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires through the census method. Data were analysed using Partial Least Square. This study confirms that market orientation does not influence marketing performance significantly. However, it confirmed the direct impact of positive and significant entrepreneurial orientation on marketing performance. This study also confirms the role of organizational ambidexterity as a mediator in the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and marketing performance but not in the relationship between market orientation and marketing performance. Thus, Bina Insani University needs to always improve the implementation of its entrepreneurial orientation and organizational ambidexterity to ensure the improvement of its marketing performance.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to test whether there is an effect of gender diversity of signing auditors on audit quality in consumer cyclical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2021. Methodology: The variables used in this study are audit quality as the dependent variable, gender diversity of signing auditors as the independent variable, and company size, leverage, and inventory as control variables. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of the study show that gender diversity of signing auditors has no effect on audit quality as measured by earnings management. Firm size has a positive effect on audit quality, leverage has no effect on audit quality and inventory has a positive effect on audit quality. Results: The results of this study are used case diagrams and class diagrams for modeling online queuing systems for patient visits in Puskesmas. It can be used during the application program development and implementation stage of an online queuing system for outpatient visits in Puskesmas. Limitations: This research whose data were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total oobservationsof 87 years of companies.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of disclosure of Corporate social responsibility, earnings quality, business risk on firm value. The population in this study are all mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2018-2020 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and 53 data samples were obtained. The analytical method used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study show that the disclosure of Corporate social responsibility has a positive effect on firm value, while earnings quality has no effect on firm value. As well as business risk does not affect the value of the company.

Abstract

Kegiatan Corporate Social Responsibility dilakukan dengan motivasi salah satunya adalah meningkatkan reputasi perusahaan dan meningkatkan nilai bagi pemegang saham. Hal ini sejalan dengan optimalissi struktur modal yang baik berdampak bagi nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Struktur Modal Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ialah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2017–2021. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria seluruh perusahaan manufaktur pada sektor manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan tercantum pada S&P Capital IQ selama periode 2017–2021, perusahaan yang melakukan Initial Public Offerings (IPO) sebelum tahun 2017, perusahaan yang menyediakan informasi lengkap atas seluruh variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sehingga diperoleh total sampel sebanyak 44 perusahaan perusahaan manufaktur. Metode analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan uji - t dengan hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Corporate Social Responsibility berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan (2) Capital Structure berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
