Abstract

This study is specifically aims to 1) describe the implementation of Islamicvalues as well as tolerance in the people’s lives; and 2) explore the potential synergy of the contributions driven by both values (religiousity and tolerance) in the community empowerment. The findings of the research are: 1)the internalization of the religious values happens when there is a harmony in the work as done cooperatively between the committee in charge of the congregation activities and the person involve in the activities to revive the mosque activities as a whole; 2)the development of the values of tolerance proven empirically in people’s openness to variety of individuals’ praying rituals and the harmonious relationship between the members of the congregation andthe members of the local communities, including non-Moslem people; and 3) the synergy of the implementation of religious values and tolerance can be clearly seen in the empowering of the members of the congregation in the aspect of social life (through education and economic development) and their freedom to participate in the recent election based on each member’s political orientation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pengujian pengaruh model kepemimpinan terhadap budaya organisasi Guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kota Salatiga. Sampel penelitian inia dalah kepala madrasah dan guru madarasah Ibtidaiyah se-Kota Salatiga. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kapala madrasah mempengaruhi budaya organisas guru madrasah Ibtidaiyah se-kota Salatiga. Kepemimpinan yang baik maka budaya organisasi yang baik karena gaya kepemimpinan akan mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku.

Abstract

The current development of Islamic boarding school education is very promising, even though one Islamic boarding school has different models to another, almost the majority of Islamic boarding schools have adopted and implemented a formal education curriculum in the form of schools (madrasas) or even universities. Schools and Islamic boarding schools are two educational institutions, each of which has advantages and characteristics that are different from each other. The curriculum is an important part in achieving educational goals . The integration of Islamic boarding school culture into the formal curriculum is an effort to maintain good old traditions and adopt something new and considered better. Writer use approach qualitative through method interview, observation, And documentation. Whereas technique analysis data using qualitative data analysis with collecting, reducing procedures data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions which are then verified. Research findings: (1) Curriculum development at SMA Islam Plus Bina Insani Susukan indirectly follows the topdown /administrative development model.(2) The integration of Islamic boarding school culture into curriculum development at Bina Insani Susukan High School is carried out by; Integration of Islamic boarding school essential values in the Learning Implementation Plan and school vision and mission, Addition of Arabic Language Subjects, Selection of religious extracurriculars, Living Sunah. Appreciation of individual differences
