Abstract

Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) dilaksanakan dosen Program Studi Teknik Informatika, Fakultas Informatika, Universitas Bina Insani yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pengenalan secara online mengenai bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan Framework Codeigniter (CI) untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) dan Non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi. Metode dalam PkM ini dengan memberikan pelatihan dan demonstrasi kepada peserta dalam pembuatan aplikasi yang dapat mendukung Smart City dengan dukungan media online berupa Zoom, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram dan Google Drive. Feedback diberikan sebagai upaya untuk umpan balik terhadap PkM yang dilaksanakan di mana yang mengisi berjumlah 57 dari 85 peserta yang melakukan daftar ulang. Kesimpulan pada PkM ini adalah ASN dan Non ASN Pemerintah Kota Bekasi dapat mengenal secara online bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework CI, sehingga dapat memudahkan dalam pembuatan aplikasi dalam mendukung smart city di Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Data processing system of admission on the acceptance of new learners (PPDB) that still use the manual way i.e. by processing the data in a Microsoft Excel application so that new students admissions section should check the files of prospective applicants to be processed as data prospective students who will follow some test selection organized schools, new students admissions section of the process data of the number of students enrolling , prospective students are accepted or failed, theorigin of the school's Registrar by using Microsoft Excel so the data accuracy error is still happening, for the payment of the contributions of coaching education (SPP) which is still manual which required administrative staff looking for the names of students who make payment so it takes time and need to be left Coaching Education Donation payment cards because the payment transaction process Coaching Education Donation in a day can be more than 3 transactions. Computerized data processing system of admission and payment of TUITION FEE-based desktop allows acceptance section allows new learners can create your prospective students with accurate, administrative part allows can make the transaction process rapidly so there is no need to leave the coaching Education Donation payment card in place so that new students admissions section and make the proper reports and quick.

Abstract

Abstract Software Inspiration is a company that operates in the sale of IT goods, application manufacturing services and IT consulting services. The business transaction begins with a request for a price quote from the client, the issuance of PO, the delivery of goods accompanied by a travel document, delivery of invoices, and finally the payment process. In addition, there is also a recording of expenses and the existence of a company's income statement. The recording of the transaction is done using MS. Word and Excel, which still require an increase in system performance, are therefore subject to research using survey methods, interviews, and literature studies. The application development model is done by the waterfall method. After the system is built in the form of an application, the process of recording transactions can be done more easily and quickly, the presentation of transaction reports and income statements can be obtained quickly and accurately. Keywords: Excel, Invoice, Price Offer, Sales, Purchase Order, Information Technology, Waterfall Abstrak CV Inspirasi Software adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan barang-barang bidang Teknologi Informasi, jasa pembuatan aplikasi dan jasa konsultan Teknologi Informasi. Transaksi bisnisnya diawali dengan permintaan penawaran harga dari client, penerbitan PO, pengirimam barang disertai surat jalan, pengiriman invoice, dan terakhir adalah proses pembayaran. Selain itu terjadi juga pencatatan pengeluaran biaya dan adanya laporan laba rugi perusahaan. Pencatatan transaksi tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel yang masih memerlukan peningkatan kinerja sistem, untuk itu dilakukan penelitian dengan metode survey, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Model pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode waterfall. Setelah dibangun sistem berupa aplikasi maka proses pencatatan transaksi dapat dilakukan dengan lebih mudah dan cepat, penyajian laporan transaksi dan laporan laba rugi dapat diperoleh dengan cepat dan akurat.
